“Went in to drop off an Amazon return, two small boxes same item under one return slip. I was told can’t ship it this way as the items are “separated”. I asked could I just tape the two boxes together and call it good? Answer Yes that would work so I pointed to rolls of packing tape the store regularly used and asked if I could use their tape to put around the boxes. No our tape is not strong enough but you can buy a box from us? I said What? Are you just trying to get me to buy something from you? No reply. I shook my head and said this is wrong. The man STEVE who works there is a complete jerk and on top of it incompetent takes forever to do a transaction very pokey.
Returned with boxes taped up and they took the Amazon return. Shut the front door!!
If you can go somewhere else with your business please do. I’m avoiding this store and will Not give them any more business.

It seems this store has new owners and new employees who are very efficient, very quick and get the job done no questions asked no bellyaching. The young guys working there are awesome and make it so easy to make Amazon returns. Highly recommend them now!!”

The machine was not picking up one of my fingers properly, and Brittani had so much patience and was so kind to me. I was able to get my documents notarized, print out the necessary forms, make photocopies, and successfully send everything through FedEx.

My girlfriend owns a small business and often arrives to UPS near the end of the business day. Never once has Amy or any other UPS team member made her feel rushed or uncomfortable for being late. Regardless of how busy they are (and I’ve been there on many occasions with lines out of the door), Amy remains attentive to everyone, and her positivity almost has a contagious effect on the often impatient customers.

“Carl at the UPS Store was incredibly professional and courteous. He got me taken care of while shipping a piece of equipment back to Spectrum and it was fast, easy, and painless. Also, Carl is super polite; I mean _really_ polite, like, if being polite was an Olympic sport Carl would get the gold and not even get embroiled into any of those weird scandals in the Olympic Village that you see all the time coz he's clearly such a stand-up guy. If Carl ever goes to work at another company, I want to know where that is because I guarantee there's a ton of happy customers there. :) Anyway, my sincere thanks to Carl; it was the most fun I've ever had shipping something with UPS!”

“My husband and I have a private mail box at this store on Dale Mabry in Carrollwood for both personal and business use and visit the store several times a week for everything from Amazon Returns, express shipments and routine packages/envelopes. Vimala and her husband are a rare breed in today's impersonal and impatient service environment. They are patient, kind, efficient and actually take the time to understand what you need and treat you with respect. The staff people always greet you with a smile and are also respectful, don't turn over often and have been well trained. Eric, Cameron and Brice are consistently pleasant and helpful in assisting with the little things such as providing a copy if needed, knowing the correct box/envelope, charges, form instructions, etc. without rushing you. This is important because there are a lot of seniors in the area who may need more patience in certain areas. There are dozens of options of places to use in this area when sending packages including the USPS. While one might save a few dollars elsewhere, depending on the service, we feel that the extra care and professionalism at this particular store and convenience of the variety of offerings and options they carry, make this location our 'go to' shipper for all of our needs in the Carrollwood/Tampa area.”

I was told there were a problem with box keys there being made my response was not a problem. Spoke with the owner of this store . Told him what I just said here. I'm retired Walgreens Mgr. . “I received excellent service yesterday from Paula at Store 4639. I was so impressed that I returned to the store today to ask how I could compliment her!
I came yesterday to drop off the watch I am sending to my son for his birthday. I had already paid for the UPS label and had it affixed to my box. But I realized as I was handing the box to Paula that I had not taken a picture of the watch, not did I have a receipt of my purchase of the watch in case my box got lost. Paula very carefully undid the tape on my shipping box to open it, then took extra care using an exacto knife to undo the tape holding together the wrapping paper on the gift inside. Once I'd taken pictures of the watch, she just as carefully rewrapped the watch for me. I was so thankful!! That truly was EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you so very much!”
