I took the concealed carry class with Lawren, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very experienced and does a great job catering the level of the people in the class. Highly recommend working with him.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had signed up for the Combo first timers/conceal carry class and drove all the way out to the Largo location to find out it was cancelled. The said they could not reach me because they had the wrong phone number. Um...you also had my email address.They gave me a phone number to text in order to reschedule. That person has been very non-responsive and was not helpful at all in rescheduling the class. These guys may know their guns but not how to treat their customers.I have since requested a refund but have not heard back yet. Stay tuned!

Took the First Shots Class with Lawren as my instructor. He did a great job going over all the material and teaching us the fundamentals of owning and using a firearm. Would definitely recommend him.

I've been here a few times in the past few years. Most recently, I came in to have the threaded tip of a suppressor switched out. Everyone there was really friendly and eager to help out. Brooks in the repair shop was awesome! He switched it out for me at no charge.

Recently took a woman’s basic gun training course originally I thought wow it’s four hours. That’s gonna be a long time. What can we cover after the class? I was more than happy with the quality of the education the teacher Jillian was amazing. It was a very thorough interactive class that I would highly recommend to any female wanting to get familiar with their gun or learn gun Safety.

The folks at Mad Dog were excellent. They took their time, walked me through everything I needed and even helped me with minor maint just to be helpful. I recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area!

Untrained staff is slow and stumbles w customer service, while the others bounce from question to question and take care of other customers . I felt neglected trying to complete my transaction after payment was completed. I was left standing in the showroom and had to ask multiple times if more information was needed.I have likely spent my last dollar with them.No comparison to bill jacksons!

Great store, staff extremely knowledgeable. They know their guns, they listen and are helpful. They handled many transfers without issues. Purchased Springfield .45 which also was handled quickly. Recommend Mad Dog Armory Tampa. Referred two friend, the guys treated them like their best customers.
