I was in the furniture area and a man approached me and told me that this was not a rest area that I had to leave. It was clearly racist. I called a supervisor but she didn't say anything, she just apologized. If you go, be careful with those racist behaviors.

Forgot my big bottle at home. Small $80 bottle. Quick and easy at least. Service was basic, not so special. The store wasn't that busy, then again it is a Monday afternoon.

This Macy's location at WestShore Plaza in Tampa is a great place to go for all things quality clothing and home items. I really like the selection and layout of the store and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff here is very helpful and takes time to make sure that you have everything that you need.
