I liked this Dillard's mostly because I had a great experience at the Lancome counter.It's been quite some time since I restocked on foundation and was easily able to get help for finding the right color for my skin tone. I am making a note that Bisque 320 does a nice job of covering up my acne chin! I even got a sample because at $57 + tax for 1oz. Of foundation, I'm willing to wait until they run a special. I also checked out their purse section since I need a new cross body bag, but lackluster options in the Clearance section and seemed picked over. Designer bags like Michael Kors & Kate Spade available and feel like better prices at an outlet or online directly.

On line indicated that Dilliards at Citrus Mall in Tampa, Florida was opening at 10 am on Saturday April 30th. We got there at 9:30 and waited and found out it did not open till 11 am. Oh well.

We came here in the market for school uniform shirts for my daughter and to look around at their shoes. They have their clearance event going on and have some good prices on various items throughout the store. My daughter found some shorts she loved made by Celebrity Pink -- she needs khaki and black shorts for school and we all know how uncomfortable khaki can be. These are so soft and comfortable. They only had 1 pair of khaki in her size so I asked the cashier if she could call the location at International Plaza and we could go pick up. She didn't even hesitate in helping. She was so friendly and called them to have them hold a few pairs for me while we drove there to pick up. The store is typically always clean and fitting rooms are open.

I enjoy shopping at Dillard's. They have a vast selection of merchandise to purchase, and it is reasonably priced. In addition, their sales staff are courteous and respectful and efficient.

Last time my mother was here she said they followed her around like she was going to steal something. I thought she was probably just reading the situation wrong or that it was just a random occurrence , but here we are a year later and the older women working here are up to the same thing. I actually think they called security on us . we were followed after their awkward stares. Apparently theyve never seen a special needs child before. I will note that the younger women working in the make up section at least smiled and didnt gawk awkwardly at my child. Won't be shopping here due to the socially awkward older women that aren't doing much service to the customers

Unfortunately we won't be going back to this dillards location. My wife went back to return a pair of shoes that were defective and the shoes sales rep said she couldn't accept the defective shoes according to store policy and wouldn't budge. She called a mgr from the cosmetics dept go help resolve the issue. But instead of offering a goodwill gesture she tried the shoes on her own feet and said there was nothing wrong with them! My wife insisted she get a refund because the shoe zipper was defective and demostated the defect. The mgr's body language said it all that she was getting annoyed and even her facial expressions showed it. She finally agreed to give my a refund after my wife firmly insisted writing to the store manager. We plan to go to the dillards at international mall instead.
