Everything is dirty. Dogs poo around the pool. The elevator stinks like smelly dog. There is no maintenance on the weekend garage gets broken into you'll never see management smiling. Stay away.

My mom lives here and absolutely loves it. The leasing team is always amazing. The property is beautiful and safe. David and Aaron are extremely accommodating and helpful. Best place to live in SOHO!!
