Luis was beyond helpful and informative. He spent time getting to know you and your situation, so he can guide you to pick better options. He also followed up after closing to help with setting up or at least making us aware of things we need to do or be mindful of. Luis was extremely helpful from start to finish and really made the lending process simple and easy to understand. He was very informative, very communicative and always answered and/or returned my calls. When I decided to increase my budget (like 4 times) he was always patient with re-writing the pre-approval letters and getting them sent over to me immediately in order for me to submit my offers asap. He was a crucial factor in helping me to get approved for the home I currently own and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with both my home and Luis’ service. Anytime I plan to purchase a home in the future, I will contact Luis to get it done! Thank you so much for making such a daunting process so smooth and seamless. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Our experience with Luis and team were great! They were knowledgeable, supportive, and very responsive. They utilized current technology to keep us up to date on our loan processing which was very helpful for two working adults of kids with plenty activities to get to everyday. I would absolutely recommend Luis and team to anyone and will use them again in the future.
