Worst customer service I can recall receiving in a long time. I checked out around 7 am and they were not busy. Only self checkout was open. I needed assistance because I was buying a couple plants on the clearance rack and partial bags of mulch, which all needed additional information typed in at check out to get the discount. The cashier was beyond unfriendly, came over in a way that suggested he did not want to be there. He did not say any words to me beyond me pointing out that the second bag of mulch was rung up at the incorrect price. When he went to assist someone else he had the same demeanor. Oh, and one more thing….he was the head cashier. He was not really demonstrating how “teamwork makes the dream work.”

Really, customer service is not a priority on this site. I just left there and spent more than 20 minutes waiting to be charged with only 5 items and it's not the first time. It was really like I was going to leave everything.

Yesterday I visited this Lowe's because I was in the area. It was very quiet inside and lots of staff, most of whom asked if I needed help. Love that because I never know where anything is and it is such a large store. I ended up finding most of what I needed and ordered it online for p/u because Rakuten. While waiting I started chatting with a lovely cashier named Kathleen, she was so sweet and reminded me of my grandma. We were discussing the tax sale holiday and what items were on it. I did find the flyer and brought her one, she was so thankful for that. Then I was waiting by the customer service desk & was assisted by 3 more lovely ladies, Lorena - who went out of her way to make sure my order was being worked on; Karen who was also kind and helped (both were hustling so hard to help customers and keep their area organized). Then finally, Carylis, who packed up my order & walked me out to my car. Probably best customer service experience I have had at a Lowe's. Thanks ladies. This is why I choose Lowe's over their orange competitor.

My complements to team members Karen and Barry. They helped me identify what I needed to fix my leaky sink. They gave me detailed instructions and even let me video the steps they described. I was able to complete this DIY project successfully with their help. Thank you for your excellent customer service! This is why this Lowe’s is always my one-stop shop.

I went to Fletcher and Dale Maybry Lowes. Your parking lot man DANIEL was so nice to come ask me it needed help and loaded my truck. VERY KOOL!

My mother got sold a defective fridge and rather than replacing it or refunding us they are trying a complicated repair. The fridge is 2 months old, this is unacceptable. I would recommend you stay away from buying a fridge from here.

It's a typical Lowe's - huge, has all your DIY needs at decent prices plus a decent garden area, etc. I prefer to shop local, but sometimes, only the big box stores have what you need. My main complaint about this location is that they got rid of most cashiers & checkout lines and replaced them with self checkouts. That's bad enough at a grocery store, but in a place like this when you're trying to figure out how to scan all these parts and doohickeys? If I'm doing all that work, I deserve an employee discount.

Marlene, the Manager at this location resolved my issue with a smile. I can imagine how stressful her job is. I was very impressed with how she was able to multitask and address several different issues while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Excellent Manager!

I had Lowe’s remodel my kitchen. Ordered twice the necessary floor tiles. Didn’t order enough backsplash. Ordered too many door handles. Forgot paint. Didn’t have enough tile glue. Didn’t have enough outlet covers. Started working at noon. Told Louie about the microwave not working. He said he would talk to Rosalie. Didn’t hear from her for 25 hours. When Rosalie was here, there was a slowdown of work and a lot of laughter. Even talking about chicken pot pie. Dishwasher leaked because the hose wasn’t tightened. Ptrap installed lower than the drain. Microwave stopped working. Again. Plumbing inspector came. Still not right. Inspectors did not show up at the appointment time. Never received a call.
Now I am still having issues. The undercounter lights quit working. Twice. The doors under the sink were installed incorrectly. A huge strip of cabinet trim fell off. The cabinet doors are still white but the cabinets themselves are now yellow. Microwave light doesn’t work. The drawer with the trash can doesn’t work right.
I can’t in all sincerity, recommend Lowe’s to anyone. I’m not the least bit happy.
