I hate writing reviews but this was soooo bad I didn't have a choice hopefully someone in upper management sees this and reaches out but I'm doubtful so here's the story
Day before Thanksgiving I get my new kitchen and a vanity for my girls bathroom (main home bathroom).
I had a bunch of contractors at my home waiting for delivery everything goes smoothly until the vanity the granite top is cracked every corner has a different crack ok cool no worries I'm sure lowes will take care of it (vanity is installed and at this point REMEMBER THIS IS MY ONLY BATHROOM FOR MY GUEST SO I HAVE TO INSTALL) so I go next day after I had dinner i swing by lowes explain the issue oh no worries we can handle it is what I'm told I don't push with it being the holiday
Fast forward to today
After dozens of calls AND emails
0 call backs
0 emails
To the point where even there own managers are scratching there heads with zero answers
I finally get a response (after I emailed them AGIAN!!)
Oh we can give you 100 dollars
The vanity was almost a 1000 dollars not to mention i spent 5k on my new appliances
My response take it all back !
Their response to that oh its been past 30 days you can't return !!!

Beware when placing a mobile order. I did one today for a storage bin, some patio chairs, and an outdoor rug. I placed the order at 1130 this morning. All day my order said ‘in progress’. When I called the store, customer service was rude- she said “well, it said your order would be ready today, so it should be”. Very little explanation as to what that means, or when my order would be ready for pickup. It is now almost 8pm, we went to the store to pick up our order, and no one had even pulled any of the items. Over 8 hours of waiting. We’re at the store now & still have to wait.

I bought a generator from the Riverview store on line. They had absolutely no problem taking my money. As it turns out the food trailer I bought it for was still being built and wrapped so I didn’t take it out of the box until 01/10/2025. It doesn’t run. It’s a Westinghouse 6600/5300sc . I googled it. Said they have a problem with them running. I called Westinghouse service. They said take it back to Lowe’s for a return. Lowe’s won’t take it back. I load it up again take it home. Call Westinghouse they want me to take their product to a service center, drop it off, wait, while they figure it out. My time my fuel. How’s that good business practice, customer service or standing behind your product and name. They told me that I purchased the problem. We’re building 7 more food trailers nothing from our company or family will ever be purchased from Lowe’s again. From the time I tried to talk to customer service at Lowe’s which was a whole other ordeal to this minute I have lost money making a purchase at Lowe’s that I expect to operate out of the box. Vanessa provided terrible customer service when renting out the steam cleaner at Lowe’s. She had a nasty attitude for no reason at all and spoke to customers with no respect. Worst associate I’ve worked with at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Such a terrible experience, I won’t ever come back. She shouldn’t be working there.
