Literally everytime I go to get materials for a project they are out of something I need and I'm forced to go to home depot. It happened when I was doing gutters, hooking up my water filter and now today when I needed to redo my main pvc and they didn't have a 1/2 to 3/4 female adapter. Its always something with this place.

I was going to buy 6 dewalt tools but I waited over 30 min in tools area. i saw an employee and I asked him about the tools and he told me to wait for him but he never showed up. Then I went to cashier and he called through the speaker and again no one showed up and I decided yo go to home depot

I had such a pleasant experience just now shopping for a fountain pump!! Every person working there that o passed by greeted me. Then, the first gentleman I asked for help from was kind and helpful. The check out and manager were also genuinely kind. Excellent customer service!! Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Incredible what I witnessed. An employee trying to help customers with the most humble and attentive service and a short Chubby lady cut just plainly belittled the employee and told him to get out and pick up carts. I was gonna buy some things and just because of that I would never set foot on that Lowe’s at waters Ave. Very disrespectful.

Horrible customer service. Waited awhile for concrete when they wasn’t even busy. Then when it came to loading the bags of concrete the employees just stood there and watched me load them. They gave the excuse that they were older and it wasn’t worth them getting injured helping.

Got a great deal on a dishwasher, but the woman writing it up was more concerned with her daughter who was there visitingthan getting it right. Took forever at the register because she had goofed it up.
