visited on a weekend late afternoon with family -to check out on some appliances.
terrible service- with the male attendant at the refrigerator section and then the lady walking the cart that plainly declined to help with a rude tone .
same behavior shown with other customer as well. no offer to help or open to guidance on details asked.
not the kind of service expected with LOWES like brand.

After placing a huge order and expecting it for a month as promised, nobody could tell me the status when called. Got hung up on. Decided to go to the store in waters ave. Shane was amazing and patiently waited over 45 minutes on hold with their customer service to get an order update. I cannot believe the store doesnt have an answer for its clients. Ridiculous!! Bottom line, my door will take 4 months instead of one. Good luck with them, they get your money and then seat and wait….

The online order pick-up at this store is a joke. They don't staff it and when you do find someone to help, they have no idea what they are doing. What a waste of time.

NEVER ORDER A DOOR HERE! We ordered a custom front door through our pro account. The door arrived 3 weeks later, my husband picked it up after waiting an HOUR for them to locate it. The employee kept saying he couldn’t find our door even with the order ID. My husband picks it up and I then explain to him that it’s the wrong door. We then called and explain what happened, they apologized and said they will send someone to our house to pickup the door and will order the correct one immediately. The pick up crew then came to the wrong house TWICE. After almost two weeks of waiting for them to pick it up, we decided to take it there ourselves. This was confirmed with our rep and they were expecting us.Fast forward a week later they call saying they’re on their way to pick it up. No one communicated that we have already dropped it off. Fast forward another 2 weeks we call to see the progress on the door, THEY NEVER SENT IN THE WRONG DOOR FOR REPLACEMENT! Lowe’s does not make any doors, instead uses a second party. The second party will not even start our correct order until Lowe’s sends back the incorrect door. This has been multiple months trying to get this front door and has been the most unprofessional experience. Save your time and money and go to Peninsular Lumber instead. They are very professional and got my order right the first time.

It is a place where I go very often, some diligent and pleasant employees (true professionals:). Kevin, is in the Windows and Doors department, I ask you to provide help, thank you for your services. There is something that I think should change (when I requested three items, which were very difficult to transport, I ordered them in advance, hoping that they would pack them for a safe transfer...BUT unfortunately they delivered them to me and despite asking them to please provide me with something safe, to prevent them from breaking during the transfer, they only informed me that there were none...I think there is a risk that the item could be returned and the business would be affected, but for some employees the prestige is indifferent, nor the loss of any item because it will not affect them, I believe that Lowes should analyze this situation because it brings continuous LOSSES. Thank you in advance to the people who, like me, have gone through this stressful situation of moving an item BADLY packing, I believe that Lowes is afraid of having to RETURN IT because they did not pack it properly for its transfer.

I called the store because I'm trying to find out if the had a manuel concrete sander. A diamond sanding sponge. There were no listed on line. No one every answered the phone.

Don't come here, they don't honor store to store pricing or online prices. A step stool that's $39 online and every other store, is $90 here and they won't honor the price. Good way to screw your customers. I'll give my business to home depot
