Dishwasher order has gone completely wrong. I ordered a Zline dishwasher from Lowes and I knew should never have made a major appliance purchase at a Big Box store. After waiting 8 days for the store to receive the dishwasher and another 10 days for the first available delivery and installation appointment, the dishwasher was brought to my home by Crume Installations (Lowe's subcontractor) severely damaged. This was an appliance upgrade as my existing dishwasher was working just fine. However, the installer didn't inspect the new dishwasher before uninstalling my working dishwasher and taking it out to his van. There seems to be no consistent process or information on what is supposed to happen when an appliance is damaged. No one at Lowe's seems to know what the process is. I received a call the same day (Friday) from local Lowe's acknowledging the return and promising to order the replacement and a commitment to call on Tuesday to follow up. I received a call Tuesday from a Lowe's "central office" asking me if the store had followed up. I told them no one from the store had called. They said they would email the store and check on the reorder status. Wednesday night I received a call from the local store indicating they got the email and refunded the order and if I want a replacement they need my credit card information to place an order for a dishwasher. Clearly, a replacement had not been reordered as I was told on the prior Friday AND Tuesday. Instead the order was just canceled and refunded. Had I know this or been told this was the process I would have just reordered it myself the same day they took back the damaged dishwasher. This is not a stock item so I expected now additional 2+ week delay in getting a replacement. Now I've lost 6 more days because no one at Lowe's seems to know what should happen and that I needed to just reorder the dishwasher myself. I understand that shipments get damaged, this can't be the first time this has happened so why doesn't anyone at the store know what the process is and advise the customer correctly on what to expect? My working dishwasher was removed and taken away by the installation company so I'm stuck dealing with Lowe's until this gets resolved.

Ross at the pro desk doesn't seem to enjoy his job. He provides a level of rudeness and disrespect that I cannot tolerate.

This is my go-to big box hardware store because it's always cleaner and more organized than Home Depot. Also, special shout out to Julian who helped me pick up the appropriate materials and even cut them to size for my recent project. It's that kind of service that has me coming back to Lowe's.

I'm giving a 3-star rating primarily because of the excellent assistance I received from Kathy in the customer service department at the South Tampa store. Her skills and compassion were truly commendable. However, I must express my disappointment with Lowe's appliance delivery service. They outsource their delivery, which is a common practice among many companies, but the issue lies in the fact that Lowes only has an inbound call center, making it impossible for them to effectively address any delivery problems. When I encountered a delivery issue, I was provided with the contact information for RXO, the delivery company. To my surprise, they claimed they had attempted to deliver to my house, stating that no one was home, which was entirely untrue as I was at home the entire time. Frustrated by multiple 45-minute hold times on the phone, I decided to visit the store in person seeking assistance. It was Kathy who came to my rescue, assisting me in rescheduling the delivery. If you have a busy schedule, I caution you to consider alternatives, as Lowe's call center experience can be quite a nightmare.

I was just at the store on South Dale Mabry to purchase a new shower head combo. I found a display of Delta products on sale for $89.98 the normal price was $99.98. It rang up with the wrong price. I told the employee who was standing next to the self check out registers. She told me to go take a picture to prove the sale price. I told her she was the employee not me and she should go take the photo which she refused to do and asked someone else to go. I attempted to explain to this other employee where I found the shower head, she refused to listen to me. Came back to tell me that the one she saw was marked $98.99. I told her that if she had listened to me, I would have told her where I found the showerhead, which was in a separate display marked $89.98 which was just outside of aisle 44 where the the showerheads are on display. There happened to be an employee that obviously had more authority standing behind me, and told her to ring it up at $89.98. Why was a customer asked to go take a photo of an item to prove a sale price? I don’t work for Lowe’s.. I’m very disappointed in this young woman’s attitude and even more disappointed in the young woman who went to look up the price. The customer should be treated with more respect. Clearly these young Gen Z employees don’t give a damn. The employee I’m speaking of had long pink hair and the other one had more piercings on her face than was humanly possible. If she doesn’t like her job she should get a new one.

Had to buy a new freezer unexpectedly. Many times it's hard to tell if an item is actually in the store for pickup or need to wait. Called the South Tampa store and talked to a real person who confirmed with eyes on it was in the store. Told him I'd be there in 20 mins. Freezer was sitting at the appliance counter ready to go. Unfortunately, he informed me of another model which was larger by 4 cu.ft. than the one he grabbed for me for same amount. He happily swapped them out and pushed it through the entire store and loaded it for me. Great customer experience.

As a Contractor, I usually frequent Lowe’s Competitor. Only because of the Other stores Dedication to Customer Service and their ability to do phone orders. Well, the tide has turned. Lowe’s offers streamline Phone Ordering and the other store (I can’t mention because of legalities) has lost any sense of what CSR or PR is. Lowes on the other hand greets you with a smile and will assist you with locating products with no resentment for doing their job!

I went to Lowe’s today to get wood for shelves. A guy named Julian who worked there went above and beyond. Not only with answering my questions but helped pick the wood up and he even went through the wood to ensure I had quality peices for what I was doing. He also loaded it in the car without having to ask. He was amazing.

Very clean and organized. The only problem it’s the customer service, it’s very hard to get assistance from an associate. The garden section have good prices and variety. Always good to look for the clearance area for good bargains. The restroom (woman) very clean.

Super friendly staff in the garden department. Never disappointed with the team of employees out there. Got a beautiful Christmas tree and an awesome guy that was stoked to help enhance our experience in the process. ?
