Been waiting for a week for my mother's prescription. This pharmacy told her they are going to send it and that is a lie. They said they will bring it the day after. Well today April 22nd 2024. My mother called and instead of them being professional. They just told her they are sorry and hung up on her. They never wanted her info or nothing. Just hung up on her. My mother has extreme pain and they have the audacity to treat her like she is nothing. If I find out that her insurance paid this pharmacy and this pharmacy are not fulfilling her prescription. I will have to get my mother's insurance involved and get a case of insurance fraud going and elderly abuse and sue this pharmacy for everything they have. That's including all staff and owner. I will also get the city of tampa and the state of florida involved so you will never have a business again. It's pretty easy to do your job. Never hang up on someone and always find out why any individuals prescription is not being fulfilled. For anyone reading this. Contact the city of tampa and/or state of florida. It is time to put these pharmacist in their place. LOGO, get people's prescription done in time. Stop being low lives. Everyone gets old sometime and all of you are no exception. Karma will catch up. Weather it's age or a lawsuit. Karma will catch up.

This pharmacy really gets worse every day. I don't really know what's happening. We have to keep calling to remember medicines that are not delivered on the exact date, otherwise we have to go pick them up. They really need good coordination. I know if it is the staff or what is really happening but they should be aware of the patients who need medication. Stay up to date with your medications!

Prescription always fulfilled on time and fast. It gets delivered to my house sometimes without me asking for it. My insurance is accepted by them and it covers the whole costs of prescriptions. I've had a good experience with them, and their service. I have no complaints about them, but the same can't be said from other people who have experienced their service. It's all relative.

Super mala atención no son diligentes. No ayudan a resolver al paciente. Pura burocracia. Sino les gusta el trabajo que tienen que hagan otro. Mucha grosería y falta de respeto con el paciente de parte de las personas que trabajan ahí. No dan solución sino más bien complican todo.

When my doctor sent a prescription to Logos Pharmacy one of their employees called to let me know they had gotten it, what the cost would be, and that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I couldn't afford the cost at that time. The gentleman who called me said they would keep it on file for a year and I could call any time within that year and ask them to fill the prescription. A couple months later when I could afford to get the prescription filled I called Logos Pharmacy and the lady who answered the phone insisted they don't have the script. Even after I told her about the phone call I recieved from one of their employees who told me they have it, she still insisted they don't have it. So I asked my doctor to send the script again, and she did that before I left the office. Nobody from Logos Pharmacy called me this time so I called them. I spoke with two different people who asked me multiple times for my name and personal information but didn't seem interested in finding my prescription. They couldn't understand why I got tired of supplying my name and personal information over and over again when all they wanted to do was insist that they don't have my prescription that their employee told me they do have. I don't know what's going on there, but if they are going to lose prescriptions like this I wouldn't count on them to do a good job of filling them if they ever find them.

This is the best neighborhood pharmacy in town! Super efficient. Delivers medicine to residents that can't get to the pharmacy and every time I call they are happy to help!

the service is bad, the medicines NEVER arrive on time, they arrive within 3 days. (that if you are lucky), and hoping that the pain does not end with the patient sooner, I do not recommend this pharmacy.

This place was good to me. The pharmacist was very straightforward about the question I had. Next time I need something compounded, I will go there.
