Really awesome experience here today. Also came in about a month ago and the ladies were super helpful with finding Mother’s Day gifts. The sensitive skin body butter is amazing and the face oil is amazing.

Always a favorite. This skin care line is wonderful and plant based. Depending on the location, the associate may be well versed in helping you find what you need to improve your skin.

Entered store today at 10:30am, only to find the registers being opened. Lady who said she was manager told me she's had a couple of very busy weeks and was at store late the previous night. Not sure what those comments had to do with my intended Christmas purchase.Will never return here.

I came into the store on 12/15 and Alicia was such a big help! She answered all of my questions and was so kind. She really made picking out gifts easy and fun. She then took the time to wrap the gifts and make everything look so nice. I really appreciated Alicia’s kindness and knowledge of all the products. When I shop again I am definitely asking for her!

I came to the mall to buy some gifts and I found in the store all I was looking for, Jennifer gave us a great customer services, she ask the right questions and she was spot on with the suggestions. I’ll definitely come back to buy more for me or whenever I need more gifts :) look at that nice box !

My wife and I love their products - especially the Almond shower products. The time they take from order to shipping is slower than expectations and really hurts my impression of their customer service.

This is a very beautiful store and the scents fill your heart as soon you arrive. You might even think you are in the South of France! The new beauty advisors are the most welcoming and knowledgeable.

I went into the Tampa store and a lady with long blond hair waited on me. She was very rude. She looked me over and looked disgusted. I was dressed casual. She said in a disgusted tone , Can I help you? I asked for the product I was looking for. She found it and threw it on the counter. I told her she was acting very rude. She then walked away mumbling under her breath ignoring me. I walked out. I am a prominent doctor. I bought what I needed from a very nice girl at Nordstroms. I told her what happened and described the lady. She said that the only long haired blond about middle aged is the manager

I love L’occitane, but I did not get any help here. I purchased a product at the Atlanta airport and the lady at Atlanta was the kindest person I’ve ever met. Here I received nothing but a cold shoulder stating products purchased at the airport could only be returned at the airport. People need to realize their attitude is everything. I had original receipt and everything. The two women working here need to change their attitudes and be more welcoming.

May 21st we arrived at 503pm , store was closed , lady behind counter was waiving to us rudely :" go go go away. We are closed. " Sign on the store says 6pm. We pointed to the sign , she walk to glass store and yelling :" well today we are closed at 5" I have been shopping all my products from loccitane for 12 years now. I have never been treated like this before here or any other locations. If it wasn't for a product I would change to another company. Product is Fantastic that's why I keep using it (12years) !!!
