Lilly Pulitzer does NOT value their customers. I have been dealing with a missing order for almost 1 month, and each time I called customer service, I had to talk to a new person, and either there were no previous notes based on my multiple calls, or they were ignored! Only 1 of 4 customer service agents showed any level of empathy and the others just told me they would follow up to make sure my problem was resolved, when in fact, it is still NOT resolved. I have been asking for a refund for the numerous items I did NOT receive, and am being shortchanged! How does a business like this stay viable?Does anybody at Lilly actually understand what this situation warrants and can they legitimately assist? I cannot express my disappointment after being such a loyal customer of many years, as evidenced by my numerous purchases. I expect someone from Lilly to reach out and to reconcile THIS matter ASAP. Waiting.

I would rather rip my fingernails out than deal with this store. They don’t help. They sell you damaged products. White skirts (brand new)with black permanent marker. Their managers are terrible not helpful and say “policy” and make the consumer go out of their way for the return and then they have no product. When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars you would expect better customer service. A prison has better customer service. Shop somewhere else. Go to Nordstrom. Lily is low quality and bad customer service. Save yourself the pain. I have sent over 15 emails back and forth over 3 weeks and they are not helping with the return or a refund! I have called the 1-888 number and it says all their staff is busy to send an email and hangs up on you. Nothing left to do after all the emails and no help sounds like a scam. Send damaged goods and keep the customers money!

The associates were not helpful at all. I asked if they had the Renay top in, and they pointed in the direction. I asked if they had the Dev dress in, they rudely replied we didn’t order it. They didn’t offer to order it online for me or anything. I will never shop at the international plaza Lilly in Tampa Florida. I have had horrible experiences at most of the Florida Lilly stores. I will continue to shop out of state at the Palm Village Lilly store in TN. Sad that a Florida girl prefers a TN store more

Thank you to the awesome women working in the International Mall Lilly Pulitzer store in Tampa, Florida. I lost my iPhone and they went out of their way to help me find it. Your customer service extends far beyond just helping customers with awesome Lilly Pulitzer clothes and accessories. I will be shopping there again soon. Thank you!

Love the beautiful array of colors. The pricing is high however the quality is there so sometimes you need to challenge yourself to buy things you really like. If you do that then you will get your money’s worth over time. These clothes are made well. The store has a huge inventory which always makes me happy.

Love the service at this store and the clothes fit well giving the body a nice shape. I have found it is better to hang dry lily clothing.

I stopped by the store in the Tampa location. It was a Saturday, but only one customer in the store with two sales associates. Neither of the associates greeted me or asked if I needed help. Much too busy help as they were both gushing over the customers dog in a stroller. Too bad wanted to buy some outfits heading to Barbados, heading there for the holidays.

I shop Lily Pulitzer all the time. Unfortunately, I exclusively shop online because the Tampa store has no service. When you walk in the store, no one greets you. You have to get your own dressing room because no one will show you one. You have to get your own sizes because no one checks in. There are always 3-4 people working in the store with no one shopping and it is apparent why. This isn’t an isolated situation either. The last 5 times I have been in there have been exactly the same. Stick to online shopping. This location is a nightmare.

Purchased clothing online. Online said I had until the first week of April to return. Went in today and was told I couldnt return because it was outside the return window even thought my window shows April online…. Then after we weren’t through that hurdle I was told it was only a gift card.

Had a great New Year's Day visit to this location. I. had no idea there was an in-store sale and found three beautiful items and was pleased when I noticed was packed in a reusable tote bag after checking out. I always find the service up and down here and not sure why, Only snafu on this visit is they started a dressing room for me but then put back clothes as I guess I was browsing too long lol. I do admit I am more of a Lilly sale shopper and maybe they cater to full price customers. I did find a jacket I liked but too large and they salesperson offered to see if could locate one through distribution stating it was $5 more to buy that way which I didn't know could be done. I do appreciate the beautiful large dressing rooms and a sales associate did offer to get other sizes for me while I was trying on. Do recommend this store and love being able to try on as find the sizes inconsistent as most clothing lines. I need xl and xxl so that is a challenge with Lilly. I do buy often for my family and usually online but need to try these on more before buying for correct sizing. Given the over 50 percent off sale and the tote I have to give this visit 5 stars.

This store is fine - I wasn’t expecting to end up at the mall so I was dressed in gym clothes. I was greeted, but received no help after that. Fairly small selection and if you’re not showing up dressed in Lilly, don’t expect to be assisted. Unfortunately this is a relatively common occurrence in corporate Lilly stores.
