I live in a community in Sarasota that you’re vendor for and you’re installing guy was very rude and lazy giving me an the apartment manager hard time about the floor been dealing with you guys for 6 months and you guys never showed up on the 3 attempts and we asked you guys to come out in the morning and you show up at 1 and argue with us for an hour and then you finally decided to do after we call account representative. Totally unacceptable be more professional

Our grout they did has completely chipped off. This is absolutely insane because that's not what grout is supposed to do. This is 2 months AFTER they came and did it. It was ridiculous enough that it was denting and now it completely chipped off revealing what's underneath. I can't imagine what the rest of our grout will do in the next couple of months or years. This was a horrible job and warranty honor -- more like dishonor.

Arrived to make a delivery of 9 pallets during the middle of their Xmas party. The guy who unloaded me was great! Very fast, safe and friendly! Don’t mind delivering there again! Good people there!

They came in three times to fix the cracking in my grout and it still isn’t fixed. They did a half fast job put grout on grout so it breaks apart in my hand as it comes up. I’ve called so many time and asked for a manager and he refuses my calls and emails. It’s disgusting how they treat people. I even sent photographs.Service: Install flooring

Here's my word of the mom just had her Town house recarpeted and the job is done and over with. Mom and very satisfied with the work being done. And the prices were great too. So give them a visit to see what they can do for you. ?
