Ended up costing $20 more than I was told it would cost when I dropped it off. Had a comforter cleaned and now all the stuffing is bunched up in the corner of it.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Horrible customer service. Would rather drive 15 minutes than ever go back to this cleaner.
