I took an appointment for my 2 kids with eye doctor and even they confirmed one day before and when we went just 9 mins late and due to long walking they said we can take only one and one was scheduled at earlier which was not communicated to us. Just saying sorry is not a solution right.
Very bad experience. I advice please ask for confirmation message or email if any one booking an appointment particularly at this location. Otherwise it will be a sorry you can hear at all.

Waited in the exam room for 45 minutes waiting for my annual eye exam. Ended up leaving so I will need to come back a different day. I think the staff forgot about me. So…I’d say if you’re waiting for over 25 minutes let someone know

Vision and store friendly and helpful. Had to go back to replace frames did not fit on my ears. Next time I'll spend more time inspecting the frames. I thank the assistant manager for helping me out.

The doctor was great. I’m sorry to give a star to the establishment based on that I’ve been in the optical field for over 15 years ran three optical stores in the New York City. Ordered glasses on 30 July. Told them I needed it before the 12th on the 12th because I haven’t gotten a response. I was told the glasses were sitting there since the eighth. I asked why I wasn’t. I called. The Fabrizio told me that there was a problem with the texting system. I asked why wasn’t I called? They’ve been sitting there for over a week. He had no response and frustration. I told him you could at least have your voice and I would like to speak to your manager he told his manager not here today and I can talk to her tomorrow, I told him this was not acceptable. Respond to me. I don’t have to talk to him like this and hung up the phone bad that Luxottica owns LensCrafters the frame companies. Luxottica owns the lens manufacturers. Luxottica owns my insurance company which I used to pay for the glasses so the complete circle for them that you would at least make up for it. Service would be top-notch that man has no business dealing with the public or helping anyone with selection of glasses, I will never go to that location again!!!

Dr Morrow (like tomorrow) was AMAZING!
But, I really disliked your front desk team and their attitudes towards me. The girl? Idk her name. Never told me. Short stockier build. Dark hair. Clipped back hair. Dark big brown eyes, fair skin, chatty, had eye an accent or something. She did the preliminary eye stuff.
The first thing she said 1) we tried to call you - I said yes i got the VM I was sick sleeping with a disability that’s not contagious and the. 2) She also said we were trying to get ahold of you and say that we only do retinal imaging on the weekend. The voicemail said NOTHING about since your coming in on the weekends w don’t do dilations. Just that it was $49 fire retinal imaging instead of dilation. See screenshot of VM attached.
3) same girl told me they couldn’t take CareCredit and was dismissive of my inquired and showing of facts online about the new CareCredit Mastercard WITH chip for payment anymore Mac is taken. I said if they won’t try it, I won’t be coming back..
I’ve been coming to this location since Dr Cancellari was here and their customer service for this practice has gotten worse and worse. I said I won’t be coming back and I won’t. During my initial tests, this front end receptionist because she didn’t talk like an ophthalmic tech, (I was one for a year at tried to tell me the hallows and migraines I have are from dry eyes. I’ve had glasses and multiple eye appts for 15 plus years tried to tell me I have dry eyes and it will fix anything. I’m pretty sure she was younger than me.
Then she is all taking “about just giving up figuring out my medical problems because what’s the point” because that’s what she did, and she said this after I said I’ve been to 10 doctors appt this week, including 3 today, including blood. I have PMDD and started my cycle and and I then asked about the bathroom - she told me I couldn’t use their bathroom after I said j just gave 7 vials of blood and am have to hydrate because there are “chemicals” in the bathroom. I said I’m not okay today and will crying mess up the rest she said no. Not once didn’t she apologize or even ask if I was okay. Obviously a gen Y or Z. I wasn’t going to make it to Macys. So I asked if I could use the bathroom. There were no chemicals. Your procure really should make a customer bathroom. She made my problems seem small and insignificant. She made her happy go lucky attitude seem like she was just so better than anyone and that my health problems weren’t worth listening to. Dr Morrow came in and everything was great. She gets 5 gold stars. Everyone
And 2 other front end receptionists were dumbfounded when I put my Mastercard CareCredit chip in their system and it worked.
You have a horrible support team, Dr Morrow but you yourself were great. Everyone else in beyond 2020. Totally unprofessional and completely incompetent on how to deal with medical issues. I only leave two stars because Dr Morrow redeemed the whole experience. That and then awesome LensCrafters team - their doctor onsite Nina, so awesome. I will not being coming back to 2020 but LensCrafters still as my business.

I came in with a prescription from elsewhere, and was treated like garbage because of that. They really don't like it when you don't use their own prescription. I went to the Citrus Park Mall location, and the lady that helped me had long brown hair and glasses (didn't get her name). She refused to help me pick a pair of glasses, and literally said point blank "go look for a pair you like." Then walked away to help another customer. I spent a considerable amount of time looking for glasses I liked, and while I was still looking around, more people came in after me, and instead of helping me, this lady went on to help the people who came in after me. I even started going through their drawers because I wasn't being helped. I've been wearing glasses since I was a child, and at every eye place I've been to I've always been helped. This is the first time I wasn't helped. When I finally did pick a pair of glasses after spending a considerable amount of time looking, I stood there by the register for another while. This lady would keep walking by me, ignoring me. Until finally she approached me, and said "are those what you want" in the most unfriendly tone. Then she told me to have a seat. So I sat where she told me, which was all the way in the back. And then I waited and waited while she helped literally everyone else who was there. Mind you, by this point, I was already at this store for around 40 minutes. She had so much time to help me, but she was making it very obvious that she wasn't going to. Finally this guy came out from the back of the store and saw me sitting there and helped me out. If it weren't for him, I'm sure this lady would've closed the store without having helped me. I felt like I was treated like absolute garbage, and have never been treated so poorly at any eye place I've been to. And like I said, I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid so I've been to many eye places. That lady was rude and shouldn't be working in any kind of customer service capacity.

I always go to the Citrus Park store. I like the drs there, and the staff is friendly and a joy to work with. The selection is top notch and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

About a month ago my sister bought a pair of glasses at LensCrafter at the Citrus Park Mall in Tampa Florida. AJ assisted her and was just an amazing employee. Today I went back to LensCrafter and requested AJ again. He helped me find the perfect frames and accessorize the lenses. What a knowledgeable, kind and patient worker. He is a credit to your organization. Traveled over an hour just to have him help me. Great job.
