Having purchased Rolls, Bentley and even the big boy toys with everything in between Land Rover Tampa made me feel extremely special. I had purchased a Land Rover V8 the day before in Orlando and wanted another with only one avail being in Tampa. I had 2 cars to trade in which I drove one over after talking to Mr. Ebenezer on the phone. He was so convincing that he was the right sales person and without a doubt he delivered beyond what I was anticipating. Having no history with the dealership once I got there I was greeted as a value customer and felt the charm that one would expect from a marque of that caliber. I came to an agreement on the value of my car but without having the second car it was a bit sketchy that it would be evaluated at what I felt it was worth. As I pass the Center General Manager office Mr David invited me in. Very quickly we establish a relationship which I felt was beyond a sale it was one of genuine understanding of my wants and needs that he was helping to expedite. I actually left his office feeling I had gain a new friend. I showed him pictures of my additional trade and he agreed to value it on my word of condition. When the finial total was told to me with no high pressure adds on I felt comfortable in the deal and wrote a check out. It must be remember I am from Orlando, never been to the dealership. traded 2 cars which they only saw one and wrote a personal check. Then I asked them to come get the other car which was at 8 PM. So off Mr Ebenezer and I left so that he could pick up the car to bring it back. He was such a delight, the 2 hours drive went so fast that I had wish we had more time together. If you need a car then he would be the one I would recommend to buy from. Plus the dealership is amazing and the after sale is what one would wish for. They haven't forgotten old world charm and the meaning of service.

Last week we stopped by Land Rover Tampa right before closing to look at the Defenders. We had no intention of buying but the salesman, Donny was such a great salesman, we signed on the dotted line for a 2023 Range Rover Sport less than an hour later. Due to the late hour (30 mins past closing at that point) and that the vehicle we were going to trade was at home over an hour away, (as mentioned we had not intended on buying) we put the transaction on pause until the following afternoon. Donny wasn't just available to assist us during the closing the next day (which also used up his day off) but he has been extremely helpful after the sale, assisting us ever since with all of our questions. He's a class act and a great ambassador for the Land Rover brand. He never once 'pushed' a vehicle, nor us toward one, he just brought them out, pointed out the features we may not have been aware of and let the vehicles sell themselves. Ola, the Manager also went above and beyond. We highly recommend this dealership.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this dealer when it comes to follow thru! The British indian gentleman whom works in service I visited 3 weeks ago and before that 5 weeks before, and he promised me to get me loaner in a week as I needed 4 new tires and service due engine light. I have called him 4x and no reply. It seems like you all are eager to seek a warranty and then not follow up! This dealership is for birds really! I have nothing nice to say at this point! I am deeply disappointed with customer service, I will be happy to take this post down, providing I get a service manager whom can move mountains for me and get things done. Since calling direct and leaving messages doesn't work, I figure let's try this method!

I'm writing this review in response to an interaction I've had with LandRover of Tampa regarding a used vehicle they have listed on Cars.com. The listed prices was excellent, so I inquired further about the vehicle. When they provided a "full" price in an email, they added the following mysterious charges..LRT Advantage 2,495.00 what is this??Taxable Fees (Estimated) 395.00 what fees?Dealer Doc 1,198.00 this is excessiveNon Tax Fees 632.35 again.. what fees?This is why people tend to hate car dealerships. Bait and switch tactics like this in the advertising process. Thanks for wasting my time. If these fees are part of the price, why not just list the car at that price with the fees included? That would have saved me the time and effort of contacting them. Buying a car should be an exciting adventure. Dealing with this kind of nonsense sours the experience. Very disappointing for a dealership that carries the prestigious Land Rover name.

Had a mostly good experience getting my Evoque serviced at the dealership in Tampa however when i moved to Asheville the dealership told me i needed to request my service file be emailed. I called and was told that only the service manager can do that and they took my email but never sent it.

We have called Land Rover Tampa 2 days this week and left a message that we need to schedule an oil change and tire rotation for the service department. The 2nd call was left for the Service Department Manager. What has happened that such a successful dealership cannot return phone calls to its customers? We purchased a Range Rover HSE - their top of the line luxury car. A car is only as good as the service that keeps it maintained!

I purchased a 2020 Evoque from Reeves and it was a very easy experience. My salesperson Julia did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
