They sold my loan to Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. Review Dovenmuehle yourself and see that they have 1 star (450+ reviews). Land Home needs to put their customers in better hands and be aware of who they are doing business with. Ever since my loan was sold to Dovenmuehle it has been a living hell and cost me thousands on their errors. I agreed to do business with LHFS - not this corrupt company they sell loans too. I understand loans change hands all the time and that's part of the business but they need to do better and I would recommend people to look elsewhere

UPDATE 08/11/2022- IF ANYONES TIMES WAS WAISTED IT WAS MINE!! Your job is to do what the customer wants not what YOU FEEL!!!And just like it took WEEKS for you to even reply to my post that shows how inefficient and unprofessional you are as a loan officer. The fact is that you were intimidated by a LATINA WOMAN had to instruct you on how to handle MY LOAN.YOU WERE NOT MY ONLY OPTION SO DONT FLATTER YOURSELF!I was not only approved with someone else, WITHOUT DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE I was given 3 other options as well and in less that 3 days and at a better rate and provided with what I NEEDED NOT WHAT YOU FELT AND YOU THOUGHT WAS BEST WHICH WAS NOT YOUR DECISION TO MAKE TO BEGIN WITH!Buying a home is a HUGE financial decision and should not be left to incompetent loan officers who think they can talk their way around customers and confuse them with useless information.The truth is you were unable to explain any decisions you made on MY LOAN and when I consulted with a more experienced person and asked you valid questions you were UNABLE TO EXPLAIN! So the fact that I was referred to you had no relevance because I would have never proceeded with you and all your lies and lack of clarity with my loan.Loan officers like you have done this to too many first time homebuyers for too long and it should not happen. Customers have a RIGHT to know why they are not approved and provided with ALL the details not what you FEEL is convenient. Again this is not for you to decide, your the not purchaser. LEARN TO DO YOUR JOB AND YOU WONT BE SCHOOLED BY AN EDUCATED WOMAN! GO TRY TO FOOL SOMEONE ELSE!!!Adam Mervine''s customer service and assistance with my transaction was not be desired. He took it upon himself to make decisions on what HE FELT was good enough for me as a client instead of providing all the information and allowing me to decide. When questioned he still refused to do as I wanted as the client purchasing the home and making such a HUGE LIFETIME INVESTMENT and never did what I asked. He proceed to advise me as to how long he has been in the business which had no interest or relevance to the situation whatsoever, if I needed his resume I would have asked for it. WHEN YOUR WRONG YOU ARE WRONG! The clients desires and wants should always be first a foremost not WHAT THE BROKER FEELS HE CAN DECIDE!
