The problem is that your technician put a tape over the problem and there is no follow up. As a result i am spending the weekend with no air conditioning. I am hot in the apartment and really upset because i always pay my bills on time.

I am a resident of this place, and I have the worst experience, Mrs. Yamilet, very rude, I am asking for the filter for my apartment and the handles for the pool and she tells me that there are no handles when they gave them to the woman in front of me, when I tell her, she started to doubt, she says no, the ones that aren't there are guests and I don't know what's going on, she told me to wait for her to arrive, she didn't even get to telling me that I was upset when the one that spoke to me in a very bad way since I came in was her. I am not to blame for your exhausting day. When you fly, I will try to ensure that Yamilet does not attend to me so that I do not receive that bad treatment without any need.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!! These are the laziest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you want to get help with ANYTHING you are forced to go to a leasing office to do it - and half the time there's nobody at either leasing office to actually help you. Voicemails get ignored. messages through the resident portal get completely ignored. Maintenance requests can be ignored for WEEKS at a time. They charge a $60 "convenience fee" just to pay your rent, WHICH IS ILLEGAL.
Avoid this place like the plague, it is NOT worth it.
This is bar none the worst experience I have ever had in my 50 years of life.
The owner saying I don't live there is funny - THAT'S BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE MY REAL NAME...I know that you people retaliate against people who leave you negative reviews. If you listened to your voicemails from 08/05/24 you'd know exactly who I am.
