I made an appt online without checking the reviews first. First and last time going to that office. I usually have my blood work done at Labcorp inside walgreens and never had a complain. I did not have any test done bc as soon as I entered that office the disgusting smell I couldn't handled it and left. Sorry, but the office doesn't look CLEAN at all so I can not imagine how the inside rooms looks.

Great communication and customer service. Efficient team and great blood draw technique. Didn't feel a thing. They were able to get me in without an appointment and were open later then some of the other locations. There was a staff shortage here as well, but they managed very well. Hardworking people here.

I’m not sure why this location got bad reviews. I came into today, walk in with no appointment, was greeted nicely by a sweet lady, she even helped other customer how to check in at the kiosk. I waited for 5mins and it was my turn, the phlebotomist was very gentle and professional. Overall, a great experience, friendly service and clean establishment.

You saw the site on instructions from my company because I had to undergo an alcohol and drug test.1- They do not have enough seats for patients and companions.2- Where I took the urine to take the sample there was no trash can, you couldn't flush the toilet and the most horrible and UNPLEASANT thing was that the sink didn't work. When they know that many people urinate a little outside the bottle and can also urinate on their hands. It was disgusting. This.

A very busy location but very friendly and accommodating. If you get there real early a few minutes before they pen, they will take care of routine lab tests right away. The lab techs are quick efficient and friendly.

Today, I went to Labcorp (15423 N Dale Mabry Hywy, Tampa location) for my routine thyroid work. The customer service representative informed me that I had an outstanding balance of $85 and insisted that I must pay the full amount before receiving any further service. I expressed that I wasn't prepared to pay the full amount at that moment and suggested a partial payment of around $40-50, but she declined and insisted on full payment upfront. I felt that she lacked empathy and even tried to give me the customer service number instead. I declined her offer as I felt she was unhelpful and not the right person to assist me. It's worth noting that I have good insurance coverage and I'm unsure why I was being charged $85. Despite my willingness to find a compromise and proceed with my blood work, they showed little concern. As a result, I decided to drive to another location where they asked if I could pay $50, to which I agreed. Fortunately, my test was covered, and I received the care I needed without any issues. I wanted to bring this incident to your attention, as I believe it's important for you to address this particular customer service representative's behavior.

I came as a walk in expecting to wait an hour at least without an appointment as I have at other locations, but I was checked in and called back within 20 minutes of being there. The woman working the front desk was kind and the phlebotomist was very personable. BEST LABCORP AROUND. other labcorp experiences have been truly horrifying but this location gets it right!

I have been to different Labcorp locations in Tampa as well as Quest, by far the Dale Mabry location is best especially without an appointment.

I had to come in for a new employment drug screening as a walk-in. The time I had to sit in the waiting room was very interesting. The girls were talking about personal business-no windows to keep the chatting to themselves. The way the girls talked was so ghetto. Customer service was alright but they way they speak was ghetto. They should not be working in the medical field talking like that, or at least talk behind close doors/windows where no one cam hear you in the lobby. One of the phlebotomist was chewing gum smacking her mouth, very unprofessional while drawing blood. Nasty if you ask me. I would never recommend anyone coming here. So ghetto! The front desk staff lady was talking with a tone life if she did not want to be working. So ghetto!

Horrible, if I could I wouldn't give it a single star. I went to deliver samples to the laboratory and the receptionist who only speaks English (and I understand it) did not tell me what to do or look for someone to help me. He just told me that he didn't know Spanish and ignored me

No issues with my visit. Express check in was really convenient. Phlebotomist was really kind. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes with an appointment.
