Yesterday I post this review, and I am not going to change it… but this is all LabCorp’s fault. They have 3 at the most 4 people working here and the same phlebotomist who draw the blood is who is working at the front desk, and dealing with patients. For Good sake, the Lab charge horribles amount of money to the insurance, and they can not even pay a front desk employee, this people are stressed out, and playing with other peoples health. Every time I get blood drawn and get results there is a problem with a specimen, the phlebotomist have to be consecrated in their job, the Lab is exploiting of personnel.I definitely do not recommend to come here, my appointment was at 12pm, I came for blood work and Im fasting , is almost 2pm and I have not been called, I understand it will take time, but there is not that many people here, and there are some that have been waiting for more than 2 hours already. I was checking in in the Kiosk and had a problem reading my insurance card.I tried to ask the 2 front desk ladies, they were talking, and talking, they even did not made vision contact, to at lease recognize the patient, thats the first thing they learn when you get hired, I am a Medical Assistant and I have never seen this unprofessional behavior anywere,Any way horrible, horribleNot returning back

It is a nightmare every time I come is over an hour wait for a pee test that takes 2 minutes. It's like there's no management involved and the workers just make things up as they go.

Wish there was a negative option. I arrived early, followed the check in process for online check in. I arrived early but was able to check in 30 minutes prior to my appointment . Response was to wait for a text when the technician was ready. Finally got the text message 32 minutes later, walked in the door within the minute I received the text. Waited an additional 30 minutes. I finally was able to ask someone if I could reschedule and they finally took my information. Ten minutes later I was finally taken back for the quick blood draw. No organization, no concern for patients--good at ignoring the line waiting. Avoid this place!!!!

I use to do my appointments on line impossible to get through its so frustrating if it hadn't change i have no problem scheduling my lab work appointments please correct this problem.

This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! There are all of ONE person that’s actually nice. EVERYONE AT THE FRONT DESK IS RUDE AS HELL!!!!!! I walked in @10AM. ITS now 12PM & I have yet to be seen ! I’m here for a drug test for employment & I’ve been holding my urine the ENTIRE TIME & was told I cannot use the rest room until I am called ! Even though people walked in after me they said EVERYONE WITH AN APPOINTMENT HAS TO GO FIRST WHEN IVE BEEN HERE WITH MY PAPER WORK FOR OVER 2 HOURS ! There are people who walked in 5 minutes ago & already are seen. This is insane ! I literally could just cry from holding my urine! I will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN !! I drover over an hour to come to this location because they are the only one open on Saturdays! Such a poor place of business

Tried to go on.line to make a appointment which was impossible never had a problem before since they started this new program going to your location we can't make any appointments on line,I tried for hours with no results. Need to fix the problem making appointments by phone.

I had an appointment and it took less than 15 minutes to go through the whole process for a drug screen. Everyone was very nice and attentive.

This is a terrible place! The office manager needs a class in customer service. She was rude and nasty. When I walked in with my special needs daughter because she needed lab work, we had to leave after listening to her being nasty to another patient who had been standing at the bathroom for 15 minutes. He was begging to pee. She was nasty and kept arguing with him because she was busy. She called security on him for no reason at all. I got up and told security about her being so nasty, 0and she had the nerve to tell me to shut up and stay out. I asked her name, and she said she did not have to tell me shit. The security guard told me that she is the office manager at 2727 W MLK in Tampa. I left because my daughter was having a meltdown. People who go there are sick and stressed. They shouldn't have to wait there and listen to an employee be nasty. This is not the first time that I have experienced this. Being a business owner myself, I would recommend her to take some customer service classes.

Had an appt, did automatic check in. Everyone at the front was kind and friendly, and nice to me when i forgot to fill in a form. waited maybe 10 minutes, and got everything done. Whole process was 25 mins to get in and out, including walking to and from my car. I think that’s great service, especially since there were 8 people waiting when I came in.

I had lab testing done on 07/24/23. The LabCorp representative at location told me the results would be ready in 2/3 days.As of Friday 07/28 I have no results, neither does the health provider that prescribed the test, and LabCorp website pretends for me to verify MANUALLY that indeed I am who I am, meaning downloading, printing, and faxing them the verification form: NO!The information I provided LabCorp when I created my online account in their online portal is THE SAME INFORMATION I PROVIDED when I checked in and registered to get my blood drawn, from name to address to phone and email… Jeez! EVEN MY DATE OF BIRTH ?There’s NO NUMBERS to call or anyone to talk to, you can just got to deal with their online portal and that is it.

Everyone was so nice and professional here. I am so scared of getting blood drawn and they all made me feel so comforted. I was about to leave even though I didn't feel well yet and they insisted I stayed and said nice words. Special shout out to Bree (I hope I spelled your name right)

Terrible treatment, one of the receptionists who did not speak Spanish told a client to practice English out loud. In a laboratory where a large number of Hispanics go, they must have someone who is fluent in both languages to attend to all types of patients. Then the technique, due to an error in the blood extraction order, treated me very rudely. In truth, the place did not look professional at all compared to previous days that I have gone.
