This location has no respect for appointments time and your time. What since does it make to appointment when you still be waiting for them to call your name 20 mins after the appointment time. Then when you get in the back. The process is even slower. This was a slow and horrible process that could have been better.

Don't ever go to Labcorp location at 2727 W. Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd. The writing room is crowded with 30 sick people in an "incubator". Even if you make an appointment they ignore it a pit you at the end of the line. We had to wait for 45 minutes past the appointment!

This is the only lab I go to for blood work and have never had any issues with staff or service overall no complaints. I would advise you to keep your appointment and arrive before so that they can take you back they do get busy fast.

Today the attention and for a long time in this Lapcom laboratory the group that works in front of the desk are very disrespectful people towards the patients just because their system did not work at 7:00 am I wanted to know if the error took time one of them Very aggressively, she told me to sit down since we don't want anyone here. I have taken time to arrive late to work, get up early to do my blood tests, wasting my time and money set aside for patients to be mistreated in such a way, I do not recommend it.

All the low reviews are uncalled for. I went on a Saturday and it was crowded - so of course I knew it would take some time to do my exam. The team there is super welcoming and very, VERY efficient. Each patient/ exam was quick, but there were a lot of patients and a lot of them were walk-ins. They could use more people on Saturday, but I have nothing but praise to the team working there. Also, the facility was very clean with plenty of seats in the waiting area.

Understaffed. Waited almost 4 hours for a drug screening. Place needs serious help. Staff appears under appreciated and high stressed.

The waiting time is very long, and they do not have any type of consideration when there are children with special needs who do not have the capacity to wait, this company lacks more compassion and empathy... And what can we say about the staff.

The light skin lady big bone lady with the dreads that works there was very rude to the clients I would not suggest anybody to go there and it’s too long to wait very unprofessional service!

They need to work faster and hire more employees. It simply does not take that long to do blood draws.
Quest Diagnostics just down the street gets you in and out in 15 minutes. I’ve been here 2 hours already.

Yesterday I post this review, and I am not going to change it… but this is all LabCorp’s fault. They have 3 at the most 4 people working here and the same phlebotomist who draw the blood is who is working at the front desk, and dealing with patients. For Good sake, the Lab charge horribles amount of money to the insurance, and they can not even pay a front desk employee, this people are stressed out, and playing with other peoples health. Every time I get blood drawn and get results there is a problem with a specimen, the phlebotomist have to be consecrated in their job, the Lab is exploiting of personnel.I definitely do not recommend to come here, my appointment was at 12pm, I came for blood work and Im fasting , is almost 2pm and I have not been called, I understand it will take time, but there is not that many people here, and there are some that have been waiting for more than 2 hours already. I was checking in in the Kiosk and had a problem reading my insurance card.I tried to ask the 2 front desk ladies, they were talking, and talking, they even did not made vision contact, to at lease recognize the patient, thats the first thing they learn when you get hired, I am a Medical Assistant and I have never seen this unprofessional behavior anywere,Any way horrible, horribleNot returning back

It is a nightmare every time I come is over an hour wait for a pee test that takes 2 minutes. It's like there's no management involved and the workers just make things up as they go.
