Very friendly. Asked them to make something pretty with pink in it, and gave them a price range. The recipient just loved the arrangement. It was stunning. They even hand wrote the card, nice touch.

I have ordered from this Tampa florist a few times now, usually to get my aunt birthday flowers. They always get the arrangement there on time, even for same-day delivery. Their designs are lovely & they have a nice range of prices. I really appreciate how easy it is to order online from La Vie en Rose too, because (in typical Millenial fashion) I really hate having to order things over the phone.

Let's bump this business up another notch. 10 stars are not offered but deserving. My experience as follows: My wife's 50th birthday. Ordered 50 rose's to be delivered at dinner. Nick was $125 cheaper than previous quotes. Plus He services the restaurant in which reservations were made, so a later delivery on a weekend was not an issue. My concern was quality at such a lower cost, while confident that if Nick had the account for said, He has something going right for his brand. I received a call from Nick saying He may have written the debit card number wrong as it did not go through. Well, I work nights and may have said it wrong being long in the tooth at time of order. This was very last minute. I am not a cell phone person and got the voice mail the following day. Weekend mind you. However, Nick delivered a gorgeous arrangement of 50 rose's in a classic vase without current fullfillment of payment. The arrangement? Rose's are like diamonds. Some can be rough. Nick's rose's smiled at you, and you certainly smiled back. A beautiful gift our Lord shared upon us. Outstanding business practice on Nick's part to deliver with 0 cash in hand. I called immediately upon his opening Monday morning with enough time to turn the OPEN sign on and take a sip of coffee. As a former business owner I did not want Nick to go a minute longer without payment in full. That was very kind of him. It brought tears of joy to my wife's eye's and plenty of nice comments of employee's and other patrons in which tickled my fancy. I hope to bring the rating up from Elle S's bad review two years ago. I had my business for a long time. I may have had a bad day or lousy experience to my client in that run. But overall delivered just as Nick is doing today. You will not go wrong with the quality and professionalism that Nick delivers. And do we really know when Nick took over and or started/ bought the business? He is top notch. Honesty and integirty of strong moral principals is what I look for. 10 stars. The arrangement is just as fresh and beautiful 2 day's later. Thanks for listening, Ken Sanderson. Good Day!

One cannot describe the magic that was created for my wedding!! The room was gorgeous... the flowers were out of this world... the ambiance was romantic heaven! La Vie has been such a pleasure to work with - I am so thrilled with the outcome of our arrangements and their professionalism! We went to their showroom to see examples and just fell in love! They didn't disappoint! Thank you for making my wedding dreams come true

Flowers beautify life! Don't wait for a special occasion and go pick up some stems for the heck of it. Have been coming here for years! Well maybe about 6 yrs their location changed recently. Fresh gorgeous flowers nice service. The owner long time ago showed me a little about putting Flores together. Love coming in here and picking some out to put together at home. Beautiful selection. Try to make my own designs and play florist.

Disappointing experience. Not knowing much at all about flower arrangements I asked for help by describing the purpose of the flower arrangement and hoped for some ideas or for the person to take charge to an extent and give me some options. Instead there was no help offered and I was given just a flat fee that seemed pretty high for what I was looking for. I felt I'd been played as a s***** and resolved not to return. When I called back to see if we could reduce the price I spoke to an owner who was more helpful and said that they would have the arranger call back. The owner called again a few hours later to apologize for no call back but asked for what I was looking for was more helpful When I picked up the flower arrangement this morning the same unhelpful person neglected to tell me tat the case was completely full to the brim and to put the arrangement in the floor of my car and I ended up getting my car seat soaked with water. I called to ask if there was anything else in the water she just said there was some plant food and "oh yeah. I guess I should have warned you about that! Tee hee!" I hung up before I really spoke my mind. I will never give this place my business again.

Fast delivery, but very disappointing arrangement. I took a chance as I was ordering from out of state and always like to give my business to local vendors. It was sparse and sloppy for $50 (plus delivery fee which was a reasonable $10). Unfortunately, I would probably not use them again.

We had this business do the flowers and decor for our wedding. The first issue I had was when we asked for samples of work they have done, they gave us very little to see. This is a company that has done many different types of weddings so I found it kind of ridiculous that they didn't have more examples to show us. We discussed what we wanted but it was difficult to know if our requests were understood because there was a language barrier between us and the woman we spoke to. I have no problem with if you don't speak english well, but the other guy who worked there spoke perfect english and he didn't spend much time with us. One thing we really wanted for our wedding were plumeria flowers. They told me that it wouldn't be possible because they cant get them. I went online after that and found a florist who grew many varieties of the flower and was located in the same city. It seemed like they wanted to use the flowers they wanted instead of the ones we wanted. After our initial meeting they gave us an estimate which was high for what we wanted. We wanted picture examples of what we were going to see on our wedding day but received no such examples so we had no idea what our wedding was going to look like. At our second meeting (two weeks before the wedding), we went over specifics and I realized that there were there were things that were not mentioned at the first meeting that I felt should have. (cocktail hour decorations, favor table decorations, etc.) I felt the way they handled the details of the wedding was very disorganized, making it easy to forget important things. Since I was lucky enough to catch these things that were missed, we discussed cost and they added a lot more money to our estimate. We also made a request to change the boutonnieres from roses to orchids AND roses. I watched her write down all our requests. On our wedding day, I was underwhelmed and disappointed. We paid around $5000 for everything and received $2000-3000 worth of flowers/decorations. On top of that, they didn't add the orchids on the boutonnieres like we had requested. We paid extra for that and didn't receive it and never got refunded for it. I felt very ripped off after the wedding. I would go with a different vendor for your wedding.

This florist is one of two locations by a (my guess) family-run business. I needed to pick up an arrangement for a wake and I hadn't made any prior reservations for one. It was the day of and they took care of me same day. I called them in the morning, told them I wanted to pick up my arrangement around 530p. I told them I wanted an orchid arrangement for a wake and gave them how much I wanted to spend. Everything was taken care of just like that! Not to mention the arrangement was beautiful! I'd definitely come back for my floral needs.
