Got tboned in my '17 Accord. Brad & his team were super helpful in getting me right again. Brad went to war for me with the insurance company to guarantee I received OEM parts and brand new quarter panel when insurance wanted to skimp on cheap and used replacements. Had them add a snazzy body kit while they were at it.
Communication was great, team is friendly and helpful and handled absolutely everything for me.
Hopefully I never NEED them again, but if I do I'll be back.

Really great experience and super happy about my car. They were able to get me in quickly and my car was pretty grim after my accident. My car now looks better than when I purchased it 3 years ago. I was having a really rough day when I picked it up and everyone in the office couldn’t have been nicer even though I looked like a total psycho. It’s been a busy week. If you are new to Tampa and unsure of where to go, I would definitely recommend Kula. Also, it’s right by Ikea so you can grab meatballs on your way home.

I hit a pole with my truck and needed to find a body shop. My insurance company sent me a list of preferred shops they recommended in the Tampa area. After reading I realized a couple of things: 1. Most of the shops seemed to be part of some corporate chain. 2. All the bad reviews about these body shop chains had the same theme. Customers were complaining about theft to vehicles and poor service with the same employee names being mentioned over and over. I took a chance on a smaller shop named Kula's Collision in Tampa off of E. Columbus Drive, after reading their reviews and seeing pics of their work , I decided to go with them. I spoke to the owner Brad and he was able to get me in the same day. He worked with my insurance and gave me a 7 day turn around. During the week, I received texts messages with repair updates with pics. Not only did he meet the time of the return date but my car was washed and detailed on the inside. An even better bonus, was they even adjusted my bed cover when they re-installed it after the repair was done. Now it opens perfectly. I want to give a special shout out to Lance and Justin for going above and beyond making sure my truck was perfect. You cant even tell there was damage to the fender. There was no signs of overspray on the inner edges which is the telltale sign of a paint repair. I hope to never have to go back for body work, unless it's for custom paint job. LOL! If I could give Kula's 10 stars I would! I suffered an unfortunate incident where someone hit my car but Kula's made the entire process so stress free and were always willing to answer questions while giving the very best customer service you will ever receive. My car came back looking beautiful, almost brand new. They detailed my car, which is rare, and made certain they checked every finite detail. Brad and Lance are amazing, so helpful, professional, kind, and extremely polite. They truly care! The staff is exceptional and there simply are not enough words to express how impressed I am with their service and work. If I ever need work in the future, they are hands-down the place I will run to. Cannot say enough how highly I recommend this place!

Meant to post this a while ago but kula’s hands down is my go to body shop. I’ve taken my cars here and referred family/friends to get their cars fixed as well. All great results.They fixed my bumper from a hit and run in a parking lot in less than a week since I also had my grill painted and rear diffuser painted/mounted. Excellent work as you can see from the pics :)The whole team is awesome, Brad is very personable and super responsive as well as lance!! Excellent service at Kula's Collision. Brad and his team were courteous and accommodating. Unlike other places I'd been, they scheduled a repair to allow for same-day return of my vehicle. They were transparent and reasonable with parts and labor pricing, worked to the timeline estimated, and took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle and their assessment. It may have been a normal day for them, but I was very impressed by their professionalism and service. Would highly recommend!
