Cody fletcher was our sales rep and was not only courteous patient and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable about EVs. It's the only reason we bought an electric vehicle! His dedication to educate and make the transition to an EV was sensational and he deserves recognition for his efforts. Some people just love what they do, and that's what makes him so good at his job! We recently leased a new Atlas and the only rep I will deal with is Cody. Trust me, that's your guy to have an honest, fair deal plus he is super patient and knowledgeable.

I have always taken my car here, and I really don't care how much I have to pay because I know they are fixing your car.
But the last car fix was the worst service, I took my car because it was leaking, and they charged me this 1.649.
After I picked it up I started to notice that the coolant antifreeze water started to drain very quickly, this had never happened before. I took it in for warranty on Monday morning and on Tuesday I hadn’t heard anything about my car, I had to ask them and they hadn’t checked my car, hours later they told me that I had to pay another 1,523. Look, I know that cars get damaged but that had never happened to my car; after I left the previous repair the next day the coolant water started to drain in 1 day, and I called and they told me that they have been working there for 25 years and that this always happens, that cars get damaged. I had always taken my car there but really the worst service. When I picked up my car, the hood was open.

I drove from Jacksonville to buy a car here. I was looking for specific model and they had one. The salesman Lenny was very helpful. He answered all my questions and did everything in his ability to make sure that I had everything that I needed.

I guess I had to update my review, the same way they have changed the way to treat loyal customers!
Nothing good lasts forever and I’m not going to recommend them anymore and will not service or buy anything else from them!
After 13 years and about 12 cars time to move on!

My salesman LENNY has been patient and helpful enough throughout the whole buying process. He always put himself in my place to figure things out. Make sure everything I would need was ready so I don't have to struggle between my tight schedule. Double check on numbers that I was confused of. Assiste my vehicle emergency timely and perfectly. Can't ask for a better guy. Would definitely recommend him and kuhn vw to anyone that looking for a Volkswagen.

Here we go again, another day at the Kuhn’s Volkswagen, today seems very busy but that doesn’t stop the Service Rep.’s at Kuhn’s Volkswagen from doing their job running in and out greeting their customers and walking them back to their vehicles. My Service Representative to is Tim and he went a little above and beyond. I had two appointments, one for a software upgrade and another for placing my vehicle vin number on the windows. Well instead of being there a little bit over two hours Tim had the etching technician work on my windows while it was getting its upgrade. Plus I also got my tires filled with nitrogen. Thank you all very much for service and dedicated hard work!!!
So I just wanted to mention how amazing is the service at Kuhn Volkswagen, again, on the 4 ofJuly, I arrived to get a cover place on my vehicle’s motor. I was greeted by my usual service representative Mr. Earl, he gave the paperwork to one of the technicians, I walked into there waiting area, when not two minutes had passed and the technician Sedwrick, and my Service Representative Earl were returning my car back to me. Their service is always like this even when I come for an oil change.
I had a Super Excellent Experience all around with Sales representative Lenny and the Financial rep. Jasmine, thank you!

Kuhn Volkswagen is our new dealership going forward! Lenny Martinez was our salesman and he was awesome! We shopped around several dealerships for our new Volkswagen GLI Autobahn and Lenny was able to get us the best deal by far!
