I needed a unique gift for a bridal shower. K T James had a Beautiful white robe that they beautifully and quickly monogrammed with the brides new monogram. The Bride and everyone else at the shower Loved the gift!!

I work a demanding job and never have time to shop for loved ones. It was my mom's 60th birthday and I was given 5 star service at KT Janes. The sales associate immediately greeted me and gave me several suggestions for my Mom. She was very helpful and patient with me! If this was not enough it started to rain vigorously and I had parked further down the strip-she drove me to my car. I was impressed to say the least! You will not be disappointed by this small business! Thank you team KT Janes for making my mom's birthday special!

Why shop local? You’ll get kind, wise advise from the owner herself, Katie Smith. She’s helped our family celebrate holidays, weddings, births, baptisms, birthdays, and anniversaries. She’s helped me send a daughter off to college and settle parents in long term care facilities. Katie cares. She knows my entire family. She’s helped my business find special gifts. She’s been a feeding charity food collection point. I feel cared for the second I walk through the door. Every customer is special to Katie, and she’s special to me and our community. Let me preface this with my family and I have been customers of both KT Janes and Occasions before they even merged. I had a wedding registry with them and have had only positive experiences. Fast forward and I am shocked at their lack of lack of “extraordinary customer service” which they claim to have. I was gifted this ornament with “free monogramming.” I take it in, expecting a lovely monogram either from a vinyl sticker or a fancy script in paint pen like they do at Coton Colors. They used a basic sharpie with terrible handwriting and numbers that aren’t even the same size. Worst part is you can see where they started, stopped and tried to remove a line of the sharpie. I (a long with countless other customers of theirs I know) are floored at how they could even let that leave their store and be a representation of them. So I asked for a replacement after voicing my extreme disappointment. They came back with zero offer to resolve the issue. Rather they said thanks for letting us know, we will ask customers in the future if they want to write on them or us?

This is the best shop with the most helpful friendly service! They have something for everyone. It’s a one stop shop for every gift giving occasion. They can personalize almost anything from stationary to cups, Christmas cards, napkins, etc.
