I have to give a shout-out to George for making our experience at Krucial Kolors unforgettable. He is the epitome of customer service. I first brought our Audi Q7 to have him look at all of the dents/nicks that needed to be fixed. George did not try to oversell in anyway; in fact, he only recommended what was "absolutely necessary" to making our car look updated/free of dents. George communicated every step of the way on the progress of our car and when it was finished, it literally looked brand new. I cannot thank George enough for adding another 10 more years of life to our car.

These guys are awesome. They restored my 09 toyota matrix and did some dent repair / touchupa to my 2016 scion tc. Matrix went from basically a rust bucket to a brand new car again. And the scion looks like the dent was never even there. 10/10 would recommend.

Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessional Service
I recently had my front bumper fixed at this body shop, and while the initial service seemed satisfactory, I encountered a major issue shortly after. The headlight washer fell off within weeks of the repair. When I approached the owner for assistance, his reply was the part you provided was used!! Even though When I was there another client showed up complaining about the same issue!! I was given two unacceptable options: either pay more for a part that should have been securely fixed in the first place, or simply use glue and forgo the functionality altogether.
Despite my polite request for assistance, the owner displayed shocking unprofessionalism and rudeness. Not only did he refuse to help, but he also resorted to using inappropriate language and dismissed my concerns entirely. It’s evident that customer satisfaction and professionalism are not priorities at this establishment.

I have received exceptional customer service. regarding the damage to my car, George the owner does quarterly work his technicians I do believe one of their name is Alvaro and the other one Leo I do believe that’s their name you can tell they take pride in their work thank you Krucial Kolors for bringing my car SUV back to its natural beauty

Stephanie and George are ultra-cool people, and do awesome work! I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and the overall experience. Anyone that knows Lexus white pearl knows how hard is it blend/match. And Im ICD, for sure. Had the front and back bumpers reconditioned, and the car looks brand new! They really do care about their work, and the customer experience. It's great to have an old school shop, that does custom-level work, right here in Tampa. I'll be back!

I recently brought my 2016 M4 to Krucial Kolors after a transport truck ripped off the front bumper while delivering it back from Miami. The shop that I had used before closed a year ago and moved over to the East Coast of Florida, so I was very hesitant taking it to another shop. The team at Krucial Kolors were very nice and professional. Stephanie, gave me periodic updates on the progress, and they actually finished the car ahead of their estimated delivery time and detailed it before I picked it up. I will definitely use Krucial Kolors if or when any of my cars need body work.
