ROBBERY!!!!Was charged $500 for 4 classes my kid attended and that should have been a promotional which I got in a email from them… Still they are not canceling my membershipNo one attends call to address concernsNoone tried to stop my kid cry when she was new to class

Not really for us. We tried it, sounded fun. Joined over the summer. The first half is nice but the awards ceremony takes 15min off of each class time. When it was time for me to move on to something else they are giving me a hard time about canceling. Not much communication. When you go there is no one really available to help you at the front.

We absolutely love this place. The confidence it has instilled in my kids to do great outside of the center. They even act like the coaches at home and play KidStrong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ??

Our 6 year old daughter loves her KidStrong class. She's absolutely gotten stronger but even better she's gotten more confident. All the coaches have been awesome, love that they teach the kids to greet each other by name and look the person in the eye. Definitely recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. My 4 year old loves it and this is such a positive environment. Teaches the kids physical workout, teamwork, mental toughness and teamwork. Can’t express how incredible and positive impact this gym has on kids. The coaches and stuff are AMAZING!!! Highly recommend this to anyone! We go twice a week and looks forward to it every time. She even does the workouts and games at parks as she loves it that much! Def don’t hesitant to join!

Be careful with this place!!I requested “in-person” the cancellation of my 5y old kid on Aug 20th. My son only attended four classes until that day, and I couldn’t keep him.Since the beginning, they charged my card 3 times (3x$120), and without hesitation, their responses by email were really cold.The company claims I did not send an email on that first requested cancellation date! So, why keep an office at the gym and employees at that site???As with the other reviews and parents' testimonials here, you can feel that this company really don’t care.Don’t enroll your kid here, find something else there are plenty.

My boys have attended 10 classes at this point. I tend not to leave reviews unless an organization has exceeded my expectations or absolutely failed to meet the standard level of operations. Kidstrong at Citrus Park has gone above and beyond all areas of services one would expect from an organization dealing with children and by osmosis, parents. I highly recommend to any parent looking whether looking for their services or not!

DON’T ENROLL YOUR KID HERE!!!Paid the $50 deposit with the promise to start late May early June. They claimed they sent a text message for classes to start late July and immediately after charges my card $120, I did not get the “text message” and based on the massive amount of delay I decided to enroll my kid in something else but they wouldn’t refund the $120 as I didn’t respond to their text which I didn’t get. Bad way to start a business but I wish them luck because they will need it. I get that the deposit is automatically forfeited but the unused monthly should be reimbursed - notMy fault they were delayed.
