Every time I come here the car gets worse and worse. I just got my transmission fluid done 2/3 months later I'm coming back in for the Exact same thing and he tried to tell me.There is a leak just like last time And charging me just like last time that doesn't make any sense.I feel like he's a fraud

I paid half the cost of a major tuneup at this shop comparing to the Lexus dealership quoted excluding the tires rotation and an oil changes.I became suspicious at the Lexus dealership service dept. in late December 2022 after I brought my car there for an oil changes. I was told that my vehicle needed a major tuneup at 82k miles. I was so confused because my 2017 Lexus RX 350 was running fine and will not needs a tuneup until 90k. However, the Lexus service dept. representative insisted that the vehicle needs the work done. I refused the work request because I was scheduled to be out of town later in the afternoon and I will be our of town for the next two months.I got back a week ago and decided to bring the car to this shop as recommended by a friend. One thing I noticed right away was the price. It cost a fraction of what the dealership would have charged me.When the Kia ‘s technician about to replace the spark plugs, he told me that my car is still good for at least another year or so. Since he already took the engine apart, I told him to complete the tuneup anyway.Back in December, I was threaten by the Lexus dealership representative that I might lose the “ lifetime-free oil changes” privilege when I bought the car at this dealership If I continue to refuse the recommended service from them. Also, I bought tires from Costco that comes with free rotation. Why should I pay for the tiresRotation?It wasn’t about the pricing, I don’t mind paying but if you are like me, who are unsure about a recommend service that you feel unreasonable, you might want to try this shop for a second opinions.I got the Lexus back on the same day and feeling great that I have found a place to repair my car that I can trust.Highly recommend this shop!Service: Auto maintenance

He's a scam he fixes ur car but not where it will last about a week so u have to come back for same repair and he tried charging again
