Kevin and I have a personal (friendship) relationship dating back to 1999, having met through mutual friends. In 2001 when I was ready to buy my first property, I reached out to Kevin based on our friendship, his work ethic, and his knowledge of the Tampa Bay market. Kevin guided me to the right property (a 2bed/1bath condo in South Tampa) based on many factors but most importantly my income and ability to manage a property. Fast forward to 2021, and Kevin assisted with finding a home with specific needs (connected mother-in-law suite/apt, fenced property, and a tight budget). Again, we had success finding the perfect home! This year, after much deliberation, I decided to sell the Tampa condo. In a cold market, we found a buyer and closed on Oct 31st - all due to Kevin's patience and persistence, and lots of prayers from around the globe (I called in the troops!). I HIGHLY recommend Kevin and hope to use him again one day for my retirement home!

Kevin was amazing to work with! He really knows the real estate market and helped me understand what to look for in each home — pointing out the pros and cons with total honesty and transparency. I could tell he truly cared about helping me find the right home, not just any home.

Kevin Freel is a true professional and goes above and beyond. We met Kevin at an open house summer of 2024 and quickly realized he had the knowledge and experience we needed in our Realtor. We were actively looking, but explained to Kevin that we wouldn't be ready to move forward with a purchase until early 2025. We went over our wish list with him and let him know to keep an eye out on properties for us. Kevin kept in touch and found some great options for us. As our search continued we learned that our original wish list was no longer what we wanted and Kevin adjusted accordingly to our wishes.
We finally found the right home and Kevin made the process look easy and took the stress out of it. If we had a question he always picked up the phone, if we were out of town he would be present when we couldn't be there and would send us a video, he provided great contacts for our mortgage amongst other things, and he consistently followed up on the seller side of the transaction and made sure our closing was on time. He also kept us in the loop regularly, we were never in the dark.
Kevin helped us buy our home and he will be selling the home we are leaving. I always trust my gut and had a great feeling about Kevin the 1st day we met and can confidently say after months of working together that Kevin far exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to work with him again.
