I went to try and return an item I ordered, and the ladies did not want to help me. There were two of them working and both of them ignored me when I asked them for assistance. Finally one of them came over and told me that my item was not returnable. They were extremely rude and had a bad attitude, they would not refund my item. I left and went to their website and spoke to costumer service who said my item was returnable and I could complete the return in store or online. The women working simply did not want to do their job.

My wife went in to purchase a gift for her sister for mother's day and the manager, whatever her name is, was exceptionally rude to her. Her demeanor and tone were very belittling and it was like pulling teeth to get any help to make this purchase. I'd highly recommend this lady, manager, whatever, take some classes on how to interact with customers. Is it really so hard to be a decent human being?

I was so thrilled to make some valentines purchases at the Tampa location for my kids and donate to the Pinellas County animal shelter the day of my purchases. I also got a little something for my mom, one of my best friends, and I earned a free jewelry box with my purchase, which just made my day!!!

Celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday at the Color Bar which I cannot recommend enough!! Planning this was simple and no matter who I spoke to they were always so friendly and helpful. Called and booked the party about 2 months in advance. You don't have to leave any deposit and the booking is easy over the phone. You are able to set dollar thresholds as well so that the participants don't overspend. This is a great party idea for that teenager!Color Bar party comes with drinks and cupcakes provided by KS. They also have a sign up wishing the birthday girl a happy birthday which was a nice touch. You can order food to bring in which I ordered pizza that was delivered from Sam and Eddie's. KS staff set up the back bar area with the food and drinks and allow participants to mingle and eat a little before bringing out the stones and explaining the process of making your jewelry masterpiece. All the girls enjoyed the day and left with beautiful jewelry. Definitely will be planning more events here. Customer service is excellent! Special thanks to Johanna for helping to get the girls engaged and making the day special. Amazing personality and so helpful.

All around an unpleasant experience. I never take the time to write reviews or complain but this seemed necessary. I went in to get a bracelet fixed that was gifted to me a few months back, and it took 20 minutes to be greeted by a single worker. Once I was helped the employee barely made eye contact, never smiled, or was personable in any way. She fixed the bracelet which was appreciated, but as I was shopping around to purchase a new item I felt like I wasn’t welcome in the store. Employees were chatting with other people about a topic not related to jewelry while I stood there with an item in my hand ready to purchase. After being ignored and made feel unwelcome in a place I was trying to spend money I walked out with no purchase. As someone with years of customer service experience this is simply subpar.

Stunning service! Didn't catch the name of the lady who helped me but she was so helpful and patient with me while I picked out my necklace. They have the 'Color Bar' where you can customize your necklace and choose your stone and she was so helpful and showed me all the options. There's almost always a sale going on there too, which is always nice. And their jewelry is very affordable considering the quality and service you get. I can recommend this location enough, everyone was so lovely!

I went to here to by a necklace after recently being scammed on Instagram. from when I walked in to when I left the Johanna and Madison were an amazing help. At the end I ended up getting two necklaces and a pair of earrings. After finding out I had gotten scammed they gave me a free necklace. I am so thankful for this.
