Donna was an all-star all of the way! From the very beginning, she had our best interests in mind and she came prepared!Donna ended up doing the work of 4 realtors in order to make sure our sale went through. She was amazing at keeping us up to date on what was happening with the sale and continually prompted the other realtors and the title company to make sure they had all of their ducks in a row.Donna was amazing with guiding us through this process in an especially crazy market. Their agent Adam Belfus contacted me about FSBO property. His first question was whether I would pay his full 3% commission. When the answer was no, and I offered a lower amount, Adam refused to show the property to interested buyers who had specifically requested to see it! His words were that "It reflects negatively on a seller when they expect working professionals to do work for peanuts"! This agent does not work for his clients; he works only to line his own pockets. Beware.

Definitely the worst home buying experience I have ever had. Agent told us that the seller accepted our offer, he even scheduled the home inspection for us. Home had some issues on inspection we paid for a structural engineer to inspect the place which turned out to by OK. The entire time the agent said he was working on the contract. On our actual moving day the bank called us and asked US where the executed contract was?? We called the agent who told us that there was some problems and somebody at the bank selling the home forgot to sign something. Found out via email, from the agent, on his cruise that the house was under contract with someone else!!! Sent us some more emails filled with lies, still has not even called us since he got back from his cruise. Spoke with the Team Leader at the office, who never called back, and when I called him, completely fabricated the reason why he did not call back, and to this day has not called me. Already reported them to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations and the National Association of Realtors. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! Liars from the top down......
