10/10 recommend. My car got a flat tire and I needed somewhere quick since it was almost 5pm. They accommodated me and I was in/ out within 20 minutes.

Spent 400 for plugs and coil pack and they never replaced the plugs kept old ones in. I wouldn't ever come here they are crooks.

You can trust this shop. I through i had found a good shop. I had began telling my family and friends. But what i will say don't go there you can't trust JORDAN HE IS NO GOOD He Broke your CAR.

I've driven by their 901 W. Busch Blvd location countless times, noticing their "Oil Change 12.99 and Up" sign. The Bucs Mobile was overdue for an oil change, so I gave them a call. Calling around 1pm, I was given a 3pm appointment. I asked if their $12.99 fee was still available and it was confirmed. I was asked if I had my own oil and filter, which I did. When I arrived exactly at 3pm, I only had to wait 20 minutes before my vehicle was on a lift. I again asked if their 12.99 charge was valid, and was then told it's $15. I was okay with that, as that's still a good price for someone getting their hands dirty, although it is slightly deceptive to advertise a lower price. I appreciate the fact that I was able to watch everything the mechanic was doing, start to finish. (I have a coupon for a $9 oil change at a local car dealership/service center but they won't let you get close enough to watch what they're doing. No bueno. So, the extra few dollars spent is well worth my piece of mind.) If your vehicle needs an oil change and you don't mind bringing your own oil and filter (bonus: you know EXACTLY what's going into your car's engine), I recommend stopping in.

Always changes good parts, ex mechanic. Or sometimes charges to customers and nothing is done to the car.

Ive been a loyal customer to this business for over 8 years. Last week I went in with two parts the tension pulley and the serpentine belt prior to getting my car towed which i had to pay out of pocket I called and asked how much to replace both parts Jordan the shop owner stated it will be $50.00 since I was bringing my parts in which cost me over $40.00 dollars. I get the vehicle towed and he stated he only quoted me for the serpentine belt I asked him how much more and he said he will let me know. They raised my car and told me I did not have to replace the pulley that the reason the belt was tearing and breaking was because I had an oil leak. Then he said it will be $140.00 I paid and left the very next day I went down the street with my car and the belt broke once again. I called and he sent a tow truck and told me i brought either the wrong belt or a defective one. I was charged once again $56.00 for the tow and a new belt. Yesterday 5/21/2020 my belt broke once again on my lunch break. I called and he sent a tow again before he sent anyone I sent him a text letting him know that if he was planning on charging me 3 times for the same problem to not send a tow and I will file suit. He called me today and stated it was the tensioner and asked for me to pay $180.00 $75.00 for the part and $105.00 for labor i sent him a text and asked for him to only charge me for the part and that i feel the labor should be for free since they are the experts and this was the third time in a week that this has happend. He text me back stating he put a new belt which means my car will again break down. I will be filling suit this is unacceptable and a rip off business and i cant believe they will treat a loyal customer and I brought in more then 6 customers to this shop over the years.

This is the worst place I've been to. They charged me $500 to fix a problem in my car only for my car to break down the same day. I brought it back the next day and they fixed it for free. But my car then only lasted a week. They used "used" parts while telling me I was paying for new and they created an oil and coolant leak in the process. Never go here!!!!

The owner is such a great person!! He's honest and humble. He doesn't try to get your money. He tells you the true cost and what it needs. I went to the dealer and $4000.00 later with another pending $2000.00 I told the owner my problem and he said it could be fix for $180.00 sure enough my car acts like brand new and I didn't really need all the other parts. This is my 4th shop. After Christian brothers. Autoworks of tampa. Brandon Volkswagen I got fed up and I could not trust any mechanic. I'm glad I met you Jordan. Don't ever retire. Tampa needs you.
