We love Joni’s. Everyone on staff there is super friendly, even the cats and birds. Front desk staff is always kind and welcoming. We have seen Tatiana on three occasions for hand stripping and she has done a beautiful service for our German Wirehaired Pointer. She was immediately familiar with the breed standard and even educated us on some things. I am admittedly meticulous and at times hard to please but Joni’s and Tatiana have exceeded my expectations.

Ms. Joni and her team our great. Our boys always leave happy. She does a great job with our two schnauzers. Not many places around that can do traditional schnauzer cuts. Our older boy is very grumpy and they work with him just fine which we love.

Joni's shop always does a great job grooming my pup, Lando. He enjoys going there because they treat him great and he gets to see all the different animals that are at the shop. The price is reasonable and Lando always leaves looking like a million bucks!

Joni was able to fit my dog Jackson in for a quick bath and trim. This was his first time ever being groomed and we cannot be happier! She was very nice and accommodating and our dog Jackson settled in great once she began grooming. I can tell he was well cared for and looks and smells amazing!! I highly recommend!! Plus her pricing was very reasonable.

Joni is the animal whisperer! My dogs have been going to her for years! We recently moved to Oxford Mississippi and can’t find anyone like her. My pups are so sad! We came back to Tampa for vacation and brought the dogs in and they were ecstatic! They never come home anxious or tired after, they love Joni and her staff so much! They come home smelling amazing every time! I cannot say enough about how amazing Joni’s pet salon is! I love her dearly!

Called Joni’s today to set up an appointment for both of my dogs. I told her they were both husky’s and right away the lady over phone (assuming it’s the owner) said we are not taking new dogs in. So I’m like what do you mean your a pet grooming business. So right after that she’s said I’m sorry but we do not take husky’s here. She was telling me they are double coated, too large and not worth the time and that she would have to charge extra. 1) that’s being straight lazy at your job or your business 2) you’re a pet grooming business! This is what you do and what you’re in business for!!! It’s like me going to a barber and they tell me they can’t cut my hair because it’s too long 3) if you can’t handle a couple of dogs with extra coating, you shouldn’t be in business.
