John Lang Sr, Jr and the rest of the staff have been taking care of me and my insurance needs for 25 years more or less.They are always courteous, kind, willing, helpful and understanding.Just today, I had a pressing need and Paola immediately looked into ways in which she could help and indeed, she tremendously helped to change my circumstances; thus providing real time relief!I would without any hesitation, recommend John Lang' State Farm Agency for any/all insurance needs.In sum, You will be in great hands. I have been with this insurance office for over 25 years. I trust them 100% for all of my insurance needs. Over the years I have brought many friends and family to this office and everyone is so glad they came! Until John Lang retires, he has my business!10/10 would definitely recommend!

This is the worst and most incompetent agency I have worked with. I have been a state farm customer for over 10 years and in the 2 months of joining this agency, I will gladly cancel all policies. I moved from Arizona to Florida and instead of transferring my policies the rep, Maria, canceled both and started new ones. This was not by request, she did not know what she was doing. I understand mistakes can happen and that is not a problem. The biggest issue I've had with this agency is the lack of customer service. I was told on 3 separate occasions I would receive a call back to address my concerns, and those calls never happened. My problems never appeared to be a priority. Every time I called I had to speak with the same agent that did not know how to resolve the issues. If you are looking for an agency, save yourself the trouble and the headache and find anyone else other than the John Lang Agency.Update: I've canceled all my state farm policies and have moved to another insurance company.

State Farm is great insurance just not this agency. Save yourself time and money by going with a different agent of state farm.

My previous insurance company was so expensive for the same amount of coverage. I called on a Friday and spoke with Vivian. I explained i needed insurance that day to be able to register my car before that Saturday since it was my birthday. She was so helpful and was able to get me insured same day for less. Cheaper monthly payments and cheaper down payment. Thank you guys.
