JESSE (of that is his real name) has a horrible nonchalant attitude. I actually felt worse after talking this individual. It's obvious they do not care about simple mistakes and most likely will not make your food fresh. I unfortunately ordered at their location not being familiar with Tampa. NO REFUND. I get off at 7pm and ordered an hour ago currently and he tried to recommend I come pick up the same wrap after I get off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - GO TO FOWLER AVE UP ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Zero stars if it was an option. Jesse the "store manager" was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I never received my delivery order of 70 dollars worth of food. They claim they delivered it, it was not delivered to me. Requested a refund, he refused, said not his problem, asked for cooperates number he then refused to give it to me. Was rude raising his voice and proceeded to hang up on me. I would advise against dealing with this store at all. You will not get your order, and they will steal your money.

Why is there no hot food i prefer tosted subs but the menu is cold . Not even a microwave. This place gives me cold vibes . I love the chips .

So Steven decided he was going to make my order how he felt it should be made and not how I ordered it! Thought I waited an hour for my food but no they just threw outside on the front porch and left it there, didn’t even ask to sign the receipt! And I call and speak with the manager and she tells me there’s nothing she can do about!

When I order from there they never add my peppers. They have been missing on my last three sandwiches. I even called to see if they were out but they said they weren't. After the call, I've ordered from them again and still no peppers. I understand they are known for their fast delivery but I'd rather have regular delivery if that means I can get my sandwich the way I want it. Looks as if, IF I order from them again I'll have to leave work to pick it up just to be sure my sandwich is made correctly. The one on Fowler never messes up my sandwich, hopefully they can deliver to my job.

I guess it's just this location but I ordered the turkey Tom box lunch and my sandwhich literally has 2 slices of meat on it. I asked for extra lettuce and got sprinkles. I've never had this problem. I called and spoke to someone who told me the meat is pre measured and she can do nothing for me and I need to call back in the morning to speak to Jesse the manager. I paid $27 for 2 meals and both were barely any meat. The other was a Tuna sandwhich. Jimmy John's need to do better for this price. Period. I'll be sticking to Publix for my subs.
