Contacted the parts department and was asked to put on hold. Before I could even respond I was placed on hold. I then waited over 10 minutes and had not talked to anyone so I hung up. Not how you should do business in a professional setting.

I want to start out by saying Ethan is the only person here who made this place even a little bearable during the God awful experience received here over the past 3 months. I entrusted my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L to CDJR for routine maintenance and an oil change. After receiving notification that my vehicle was ready, I promptly retrieved it and returned home. Later that day, the car began emitting a series of alarming sounds and displayed a 'check engine' warning. I immediately called my husband, who advised me to return to CDJR, where he would meet me. Upon our arrival, smoke was visibly coming from the engine. My husband checked the oil dipstick and there was no oil. Ethan, acknowledged that this indicated a severe oversight during the maintenance. The car had been driven approximately 10 miles without any oil present. Despite our request to speak with a manager, we were informed that none were available at that time. We met with the service manager, Rudy, who informed us that our car was fine but needed oil. Despite their attempt to send us on our way after adding oil, we found this completely unacceptable. Running an engine without sufficient oil can cause parts to grind against each other, leading to rapid and irreversible damage. This car was brand new and fully paid for, and operating it without proper maintenance would undoubtedly shorten its lifespan. Refusing to take the car back in its current state, we insisted on a resolution. Ultimately, the dealership agreed to sell us what we were told to be a brand new 2023 Grand Cherokee L. Before we left, they informed us about a necessary part for a recall and scheduled an appointment for June 22nd, 2024, to address the issue. On June 18th, 2024, I noticed a rattling sound from the front right tire when going over speed bumps in my car. I immediately called Garret at CDJR, who consulted with Tony. They assured me that the noise was related to the recall and confirmed it was safe to continue driving. On June 22nd, I brought my car in to have the recall addressed. However, after leaving the dealership, I noticed that the front right tire was still rattling when I went over speed bumps near my house. I immediately messaged Tony about the issue, and scheduled an appointment for me to bring the car back in on Thursday, June 27th, 2024. July 10th, 2024, since I hadn't heard from Ethan, I called and he explained that they had to order motor mounts and had received only one out of the three needed. He assured me that the remaining two mounts would be delivered either later that day or by the following morning. July 11th, Ethan called me to let me know my car was ready for pickup. The next day while taking my kids to daycare, I drove over the speed bumps near my house and noticed the tire was still rattling. Frustrated, I immediately called Ethan to express my dissatisfaction, emphasizing that this ongoing issue was unacceptable for a brand-new car. I had to call off work to once again bring it back.
While waiting at the dealership, I checked the Carfax report and discovered that the car had a registered owner in January 2024. I approached Courtney and informed him that I was extremely dissatisfied and wanted to return the car. I had purchased it nearly a month ago, and it had already spent three weeks in the shop for repairs. Courtney stated that they would not take the car back, but suggested I could file a claim under the lemon law. (Which got denied) I also noticed that the sale contract inaccurately listed the mileage as 10 miles driven, while it actually had 3,600 miles on the purchase date. Overall, I feel very taken advantage of by this sale and the employees at the dealership, especially considering this is the third vehicle my family has purchased from them over the course of 2 years.

My salesperson Christian was great. Not at all pushy like you'd expect at a dealership. Had no issue showing me vehicles and working on pricing. Joey was my finance guy. He was great as well. Working the deal to my favor. Would absolutely do business there again. The best experience I've had at a morgan store

Despite the construction, they are still able to get deals done! Tony Torres, the internet manager, knew I meant business and had a tight timeframe. He hooked me up with Carlos Rosa who was ready to help get the deal nailed down. Great finance manager Yan brought it home with efficiency and speed. Head on over and you will definitely be taken care of!

Run, don't walk, away from this place. If you get sat down with Joey in finance he is 100% going to scam you and lie straight to your face. They will set you up with whatever they feel like for the finance and hide it from you, I presume because he gets a kickback, but it will come with extra fees that he just so happened to forget to let you know about. Brought my wife back in and Joey said he should have explained it and said they would cover the fee and then proceeded to not do that and ignore every email. I have him on VIDEO saying he would correct this but scammers are going to scam. They will also beg you incessantly for a good survey while trying to cheat you. Find another dealer. There is nothing special about this place to warrant losing thousands of dollars to a scammer like Joey. If he's still employed here then you can assume there's no integrity in anyone else at this lot.

Terrible experience with service center. Super long story. Trouble with Wrangler starting, took to another auto repair they replaced the starter and battery. Two days later the same problem they advised it most likely was a short in the fuse box and only a dealership could fix that. So towed it here advised them of the situation and that the starter was getting 12.5v to it when attempting to start it it would drop to 2v. Also advised them that I've always had some electrical bugs with it. So within two days they called me advising there was no oil and the motor was seized and that it why it wouldn't start. That I needed a new motor. Decided to not get the new motor, paid their diagnostic fee and had it towed back home. So I attempted to turn the crankcase, turned fine would not of been able to if it was seized. Checked oil dipstick, there was oil. Once again the drop in voltage at starter, checked fuses and relays all good. Now I decided to go ahead and check the grounds. Started at the ground at the starter, cleaned it and connections. Jeep fired right up. Did an oil change to be safe. It may of been a quart or even two low but plenty of oil. Jumping to needing a new motor at $11,500 when it started right up after cleaning the ground is a joke. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the service department and especially the service advisor, Missy. She worked very hard to get my repair completed in time for an important event I had scheduled. She definitely went above and beyond. Thank you very much, Missy!

Terrible sales staff. They absolutely refuse to do business unless you come to the dealership in person. If not, you will be quoted far above price listed online and then ignored

From the moment I walked into Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tampa Bay, I knew I was in for something special. I was in town for just one week, needing a truck upgrade for my next job, and these guys knocked it out of the park!
Joel, my salesman, was beyond awesome. He wasn’t just trying to sell me a truck—he was making sure I got the *right* truck. He listened, offered expert advice, and walked me through every step like a true professional.
Rene, the manager, took exceptional care of my trade-in. I was upgrading from a Ram 1500 V6 Quad Cab to the beastly 2024 Ram Tradesman 2500 HD, and Rene made sure I got a deal that felt right. No pressure, just pure excellence.
Tony made getting the extras a breeze. Window tinting? Done. And done right. He handled it all like it was second nature, making sure everything was perfect before I drove off.
And then there’s Nicole, the service manager. I had a medical appointment during the process, and she made sure I got there and back while they took care of my truck. Fast service, no hassle, just pure dedication to customer care.
This team didn’t just sell me a truck—they took care of everything I needed with such precision and care that I’m still in awe. They understood my tight schedule and made sure everything was done before I left town.
If you’re in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tampa Bay. Joel, Rene, Tony, and Nicole will take care of you like family, ensuring you drive away in the perfect ride, just like I did with my 2024 Ram Tradesman 2500 HD. This isn’t just a dealership—it’s a place where excellence is the standard. Thanks, team! ?

Think twice before agreeing on a GAP Insurance policy.
I sent a request to cancel my policy since I no longer have the vehicle and the company administrating the policy (Tru Waranty) confirmed that they have received and forwarded the cancelation request to the dealership on June 13th.
Well, today August 13th I have yet to hear from the dealership.
Tru Waranty had to override the cancelation and do it themselves because the dealership would not respond. They have followed up 3 times and still not a single notification from the dealership.
The dealership is supposed to issue a check, however, it feels like they are trying so hard not to send it.
It’s really infuriating and annoying how they are so quick to take your money, but the worst when giving it back.
