Would give this guy a zero, man at the counter was the rudest interaction I think I've ever had with any front counter worker. I asked him about a watch band and he said he'd have to order it , nothing wrong with that but he felt standoffish no big deal I'm an easy going person and brushed it off.Then I just ask for him to check my ring size, he just says "no", then I say I thought a jewelry store would do that, he responded with "I'm not doing that for you" in the rudest way possible. Went back and forth one more time and guy just said straight up again" I'm not doing that for you". Worst customer service ever and I rarely leave bad reviews but this felt like it was just unreal how rude this guy was. 0 stars....

Worst customer service at this jeweler. My fiancé came in to get his ring size and the person behind the counter word for word said “No. I’m not going to do that” extremely rudely. Do not give this place your business

Came here to have a very precious ring resized. Very friendly & beautiful Jewelry Store. The owners are very attentive to your needs & will repair while you wait. Repair includes a year of free cleaning ! Excellent & highly recommended. Thank You for your expertise & kindness. P.S. The coffee was excellent too -)))

Great overall jewelry store. Love having a jewelry store near home. A real jewelry store, independently owned & operated. Overall selection is quite nice & offers a variety of offerings, at GREAT PRICES $$!! IF PERCHANCE YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, IT CAN ALWAYS BE ORDERED. DON'T forget the repairs! I don't even live close anymore, but only trust them with my jewelry repairs. The owner is easy to work with, usually always on the premises & very knowledgeable. It is located in a strip center on Hillsborough Ave., North of Lois & on the North side of the street. Be Careful, if you blink you may miss it! If you end up at Waffle House, missed it & went to far, look near yellow bakery sign. What's a girl to do? I know what I like & expect great craftsmanship. I found that, so I continue to go where I know I will be taken care of. Come & tell your friends.

My fiancée found Manny through a family member’s recommendation and had him design a custom engagement ring. The result is stunning and I am so in love with the ring!!
