I came in to get a new vehicle and Bobby completely took care of me. He's a no BS guy, he tells it like it is and doesn't tell lies just to get you in a car. He listens to what the customer needs and takes it all into account. He's the best salesman I've ever worked with. Bobby also saved my life in a fire and delivered my first born child. He's a really good guy and needs a raise immediately

Never ever buy a jeep. They cause your vehicle to be damaged with their downloads(known problem) then do not want to take responsibility and fix it Dealership told us to be here this am to do another diagnostic on it and says it is going to take them all day just to run diagnostics. This is our only vehicle. So here I am sitting all day while missing appointments. They could at least have said we would have to leave it all day

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. We took our Jeep in for standard maintenance, and they noticed a leak in the head gasket (which was correct) but tried to charge us $6,000 for the repair. We took the Jeep to another auto repair shop and they quoted us the same exact repair for $1800 all in! Jerry Ulm Dealership has got to be the biggest scam shop in town! They also try and make you feel like they are the only place in town that can do a repair like this, and that your car needs to be fixed ASAP and they use high pressure tactics to make people feel forced to pay their outrageous cost. No wonder this place has a 2 star rating. There should be an investigation done into this dump. Stay FAR far away from these clowns.

I purchased a 2021 GMC sierra at4 last week. I signed a contract with my sales associate Daniel Vasquez stating the purchasing price was $56,000 out the door, which included taxes and fees completely. No additional costs or extended warranties were added to the finalized price that I negotiated with salesman Dani.The deal was for $56k, I have gave a certified check for 23k, meaning the correct loan balance should be $33,000. My chase bank loan statement currently reads $36,242.40.All of the paperwork was signed the night of the agreed purchasing price with Steven Heard (this guy is an absolute crook) and I was to return the following day to drop off the certified check for $23,000. The price of the vehicle was stated by Daniel to include low jack anti-theft and tru-bundle with the finalize deal of $56,000, but when I get my first loan statement, the loan reads $59,242.40, $630 per month; which was $3242.40 more than the deal we agreed upon the night of the signing. Daniel showed me the price of the truck for a 75 month lease and it was around $550 per month and the total value a truck was $56,000, I signed a paper document with Daniel agreeing to the purchasing price of $56,000 (this document was placed within my contract paperwork which mysteriously disappeared, and is no longer part of the record) and it was sent over to the finance department where I met Steven. I never agreed to any additional fees, warranties or anything else and according to the original deal with Daniel, the total of $56,000 purchase price that was to include the true bundle package and the low jack anti-theft device without any additional fees. This was to be the price of a vehicle out the door, including these two packages.Closing the deal was rushed due to the shop being closed and everyone wanting to leave. When I was was signing the purchasing agreement/contract I was presented by Steve paperwork and physical copy that showed $56,000. The plan from Steven was to meet at 12 PM the following day to drop off the check with him and then get the keys.I returned the following day with a certified check from Chase at 12pm to finalize the deal. When I arrived Steven was in with clients and he was unable to leave his office at the time. He came out of his office and noticed me to grab the check and he just requested the car insurance which I forwarded.Then I received the keys, I never received any paperwork this day or anything else, which was very confusing. Steven instructed me that he would forward me all the paperwork.I have been trying to reach out to the finance department for the last week. When I first called Steven, was out of the office so I emailed him about the loan discrepancy amount, and I never got a response. When I called again I was told somebody would reach out to me from the finance department and I never received a call back. I called Steven again, he at the time was in with a client and unable to discuss the loan amount.In summary $3,242.40 was added to my loan amount through chase bank which was never discussed at the signing.After receiving, no call back I contacted Adam Clarke and he presented me a contract with a different number than the agreed-upon purchasing price. He said he would get to the bottom of it but after 4 days of no response my only option was to return to the dealership (I live in Fort Myers. It was a 2 Hour drive for me ) to discuss this in person because I was getting no reply via email or phone contact. Adam had no record of the original purchasing price. When we get into discussion about how he stated that the additional $3000 was because" I added the true antitheft low jack to the final purchasing", which was never discussed. Adam gave me $3000 back for the true bundle an antitheft which was supposed to be included in the deal. Even though it wasn't for the full amount of $3242.40 I was happy to get some of my money back, but I took a loss of $242.40 on this deal from the original agreement. I would never recommend a family or friend to this crooked organization.

I went to Jerry Ulm Dodge to purchase a car, the salesman, Robert G. Was awful, he showed me a car that smelled so bad of cigarettes, the next car he showed me had a hole in the seat. I asked him why I couldn't look at any cars to see what I liked, he said because they were to far away. I left Jerry Ilm, and called Kuhn Volkswagen. They got me into a brand new Volkswagen Taos, and the whole process was so smooth. Jerry Ulm dodge was the worst customer service I'd ever had. I can't believe they would even show someone a car that smelled so bad of cigarettes.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 from Jerry Ulm and the entire experience from start to finish was very efficient and easy. I have purchased a lot of cars from many other dealerships and this one really stood out! They gave me a great deal on my trade in and even corrected some minor concerns that I had. Huge shout out to my salesman Lionard Fundora, great guy - great salesman.

I took my jeep in yesterday due to my auxiliary battery dying for my push to start. I spoke with a man by the name of Manolo. He was absolutely amazing and patient with me. I tend to not really know much about my jeep as of yet since I’m kinda a new jeep owner but he made me feel at ease and definitely walked me through what was being done with my jeep. Manolo is very personable and makes you feel included in every decision made. It’s important to me to have a service advisor who makes you feel comfortable and in the know of things. I will definitely be requesting him for all my future service appointments. Jerry Ulm is one of the best dealerships I’ve attended. Thank you for everything.

Nice and easy to purchase my wrangler from but when it came time a year later to sell the vehicle back to them due to me relocating it was a different story! Their offer was thousands less than anywhere else. Totally lied about how great it would hold its value when they gave me this insulting offer to buy it back a year later! Not how you treat a customer!

My car was towed late Thursday afternoon due to poor acceleration after a jump start. Was told that they were short of technicians, and might not get to my car until Monday. So I called them Monday afternoon....was told by advisor that diagnostics were being run on the vehicle. Called on Tuesday and was told that it was a battery issue. Was asked various times if ok'd repair on the car, even though authorized previously. In conclusion, my car was there for five days and all it needed was a new battery. I incurred car rental charges during that time that were hundreds of dollars. Before picking up the car I shared my observations with the service manager and the service advisor. Will never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. In addition, some of the stories on Better Business Bureau website are ten times worse than what I have shared. Anonymous professional

After spending hours in store, days back and forth on text, and having two cars being sold out from under me, the lifetime relationship I was promised and hoping to have here has been broken.They want you to play the game instead of being upfront with numbers. They claim to be able to beat any deal but can’t come close to trade in value, warranty costs, GAP, or interest rates.As of last night at 5:30 I had a deal and today get a phone call that someone else was willing to pay $4,000 more so the car is gone.They also did a hard pull but then claimed they didn’t so now not only do I not have the car but my credit was impacted.If you are a smart consumer and know how to buy a car this isn’t the place for you.

Always treated with utmost respect, I service my 2013 Jeep here regularly. When I do have to leave it for extended time, they always get me a ride to work/home. Everything is explained in detail before work is done and they are wonderful in response time of communication.

I purchased a used 2022 Nissan Altima and before I could drive it off the lot I was told it was going to be detailed and thoroughly cleaned. They scratched my driver side window, the hood and the trunk. I’m not an expert in detailing but I know for sure you’re not supposed to buff a window. Not only that but it looked like he used sandpaper, most likely didn’t even change the old pad. The sales manager tells me because they gave me such a good deal he doesn’t have financial room to fix the scratches, but he will replace the window. I spoke to the GM on the same day and was promised for a new window and for the scratches to be taken care of. I haven’t heard back anything and it’s been 2 weeks. I looked on several different online websites, I’m not a big dealership and I could get a window in about 3-5 days delivered to my front door. Very dissatisfied in the way they have handled this whole situation!All the pictures were taken before I drove off the dealership!
