The company was very professional and helped me out when I was in a serious pickle. The drivers were excellent, everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional, and when the first truck wasn’t big enough to do the job they came out with one that would. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Well to say the least to a much overwhelming week and weekend. My brand new 2025 Ram 1500 with 2500 miles decided to not participate.So after hours of unsuccessfully trying to get it to start. I gave in and called a tow truck. And lo and behold not all hero’s wear capes and Mr. John Jr. came with the biggest smile and was like man I like your truck. And talked with me for a few offered some encouraging words and reassurance me about the towing. My truck reached its destination safely now on to the diagnostic testing and repairs. Thanks again John Jr.

A BIG shout out and thank you to my towtruck driver/roadside angel/ Mr getterdone/that dude Christian Martes! Just made it back from being stranded on the side of the road due to (not my car being broken down) but the lift for my wheelchair failingon me.
Long story (short) I'm disabled and the lift to my chair is what broke down on me. I put in a call for road service and thank God JB Xtreme Towing answered the call. Even with knowing my unique situation the young lady that dispatched Christian to me accepted the challenge without hesitation.
JB "Xtreme" Towing is true to their name. Christian brilliantly figured out a way to assist the lift to get my chair in a good enough position so that I could make it home. After tirelessly working to lift my chair, he went the extra "extreme" mile and strapped it down for me to have extra support, so I had the best chance of making it home safely. Any other company could have easily said I can't help you. Any other person would have said it was too much and not what they do, and couldn't help me. However, Christian & JB Xtreme Towing stepped up and went the extra mile for me, so the very least I could do is let everyone know just how great they were and how much I appreciated their help!

Called roadside assistance and the ETA was 90 min then an additional 60 min then 30 min and so on. Almost waited 5 hrs!

I’ve broken down several times in my truck but this had to be the first time I was treated like a real person and everything was seamless. John jr. came through professionally and handle what needed to be handled and his customer service was really good. 5 star wrecker

We recently had the unfortunate experience of needing our brand-new FR3 towed due to a mechanical failure, but JB Xtreme Towing made a tough situation so much easier. John Jr. and John Sr. showed incredible kindness, expertise, and dedication, working tirelessly to get our RV safely to its destination. They went above and beyond, demonstrating a level of hard work that’s hard to come by. Their commitment to completing the job to the best of their ability was truly impressive. While we weren’t thrilled about the breakdown, knowing our RV was in such capable hands was incredibly reassuring. We are Xtremely grateful to John and John and highly recommend JB Xtreme Towing!

Jose did a great job. Was more careful than even I would have been with my low car. Shop it was dropped off at even commented on how careful he was. Would definitely use again!
