I greatly appreciate Hester Gullien’s assistance on providing a quote with State Farm. While I have been informed I am ineligible for Homeowners Insurance at this time, she still provided excellent customer service,
great attention to detail, and sound advice on other options to look for. Although this may not be my final choice of insurance, I do want to point out that I will highly recommend her to other friends and associates to ensure they have the best experience. Turned me away at the door to call me back and tell me they have no record of me being at state farm. Been a state farm customer for 16 years, was treated very poorly, quoted a criminal rate for insurance(5 times the amount of progressive) with a clean record on a 24 year old vehicle. Will never give state farm another dime, wow what terrible service

Excellent customer service, very professional, and knowledgeable insurance team. We understand that insurance rates are much higher in Florida, and have increased significantly over the past few years, but they have done their best to review our policies with us, discuss available discounts, and most importantly, explain the coverage we’ve chosen. Highly recommend!
