I wanted to wait on writing this review until I was actually reached out to finally begin my 2023 taxes... It is May 28th... That is 45 days past Tax deadline and absolutely ridiculous. Since my taxes were not taken care of in a timely manner, I missed an opportunity to get any sort of loan approval on a home I was interested in or to expand my business.
I've been a client with Rosen, Weissman, Gerardo & Coberly, CPA Services, LLC since 2020 when the company was still "J Rosen Financial CPA Services". Justin's company helped me convert to a S-corp and at one point did a really good job(The only reason I would give 2 stars here). I'm not sure what the reason was for the ball drop this year. I can only assume that since their merger, larger clients have taken priority. I have already taken my business elsewhere after getting pushed to the side since April 1st.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Justin Rosen, Founder and Managing Partner of South Tampa CPA.I had an urgent matter that was causing me real concern. Mr. Rosen not only found the time to help me, during his busiest time of year, he displayed complete professionalism, an extensive knowledge of his industry and an impressive level of service. I’m so glad I was referred to him. He was a real lifesaver!

Seems Justin had my honest review deleted... Which was after he tried to pay me to remove it after confirming nothing I said was untrue. This company is dishonest. Do not trust their "perfect" 5 stars. They've got sketchy methods to keep their rating perfect. I'm sure this review will get deleted too, but hopefully a few people will see it to think twice before using them this tax season.Original review below:This company is terrible in regards to communication. We enjoyed working with Justin in the past, but since their growth my family was left feeling like we must be chump change and the lowest priority to them because we couldn't get an update on our business or personal taxes without consistent nagging. They managed to drag out the 2022 tax process an entire year, and now we've been blindsided by late fees & interest.I was happy to work with them to try to sort this out, but after the rude and insulting email I just received from Evan, I can't trust them.

We've been using SouthTampa CPA (Justin Rosen) for severals years now to help with our small business taxes. Justin's advice is clear, concise and often not what I "want to hear", but what I "need to hear" as a small business owner. I highly recommend their tax prep services.

Justin Rosen is handling our taxes for the second year and my wife and I have been impressed by his eagerness, enthusiasm and knowledge of the tax code. We had returned to the Tampa Bay area and made the decision to change accountants from one in Bradenton. I would wholeheartedly endorse Justin for anyone in the St. Pete or Tampa area as well as south of the Skyway.He is constantly working to improve himself and is always accessible and available to answer any questions we may have. With the unveiling of his new website, I’m sure that accessibility and ease of communication will only increase. He has adeptly handled the complexities of our tax situation, which involves my wife’s full time job and my self employment and handling of rental properties.The name of Justin's firm has changed a few times over the years as its business has grown but one thing has remained constant: the competence with which he has handled any and all tax issues in a timely manner, using his always growing knowledge of tax law so that the completed return benefits the consumer most.I’d recommend Justin for anything regarding personal and business tax preparation and am certain that his devotion to learning will make him highly sought after by those seeking a knowledgeable financial professional.

I am so pleased with the help Justin Rosen and his team have given me over the past few years. I have been working with J Rosen Financial CPA Services Inc. since 2017. They have handled my book keeping, accounting, LLC filings, and federal/state tax payments. J Rosen CPA team members have exceeded my expectations with their professional and timely services. Justin always make sure that I submit my tax payments on time and that I meet all other tax deadlines. When I have questions, Justin is prompt and thorough with his replies. He helped me file my LLC in Florida and later on my new business in Michigan. I have had an accountant that did not answer my questions and did not seem to care about my business. Then I found Justin and had a very different experience. Quite the opposite, Justin and his team members Heather and Stephanie have proven to be a vital part of my business and I’m happy to have them on my team. I luckily had Justin Rosen recommended to me two years ago after I had just started a small business and needed a CPA. After two years of working with Justin I can not recommend him enough. He has been an invaluable partner and consultant. Justin is very responsive, presents complex solutions in a way that is easy to understand, and most importantly he and his team have saved my company a lot of money while doing things the right way.
