I am 64 years old, through out my life I've been to many doctors/ Dr. Offices. The treatment I received from the girls in the office was 2nd to none. They were loving, caring, friendly. I've always had a huge issue with blood work, normally they can't get my vein or stick me over and over. Here I didn't even feel it and she got my vein instantly.The doctor Elizabeth Leon Corcoba, is friendly, very thorough, she actually listened to me. I am so glad I went to this clinic. We will see how things progress as my tests come back. So far am super happy with this place and the staff.

Zero professionalism in that place, such less interest for part of the team towards their patients, much less care with the time they arrive, for their appointments due to lack of punctuality in their own transport, for the patients of their clinic and even being late for them Her 8:30 a.m. appointment, they left her sitting there until after 12:00 p.m. without passing it on to the doctor, even though this is a blood pressure patient with over 196 high blood pressure and delicate lung problems... it is more than obvious that my 77 year old mother finally had to get out of the office without seeing their doctor... unacceptable and terribly unfortunate that a PATIENT care site treats them like this, without taking into account the previous experiences we also had there. I hope you pay attention to this so that the same thing doesn't happen to your family, It is really inadmissible and we feel very humiliated and offended with the treatment that was given to us at Soto Healthcare.

Amazing doctors office!! The office staff are so friendly and Dr. Nunez is great. Quick appointments, great response time from staff, quick on refills and just great energy from everyone. Finally, I found a great doctors office here in Tampa. Thanks to all of the staff that come to work with a smile on their face.

2 of the 3 times I have been, I have been forgotten or skipped over when checking people in and bringing them back for appointments. Both times I was seen 45 mins to an hour after my scheduled appointment time and only waited because the people who were there before me had not been taken back. At around the 35 min mark is when they started pulling people who came in after me and that is when others took notice and mentioned to the staff before I could. ARNP Nunez-Diaz is amazing and understanding.
