The dress provided by Ivory & Lace Bridal Boutique was absolutely stunning and made our bride look breathtaking on her special day. The gown flowed beautifully, was perfectly tailored, and added so much elegance to every moment we captured.

I highly recommend Ivory and Lace if you are looking for a beautiful wedding dress. Their prices were affordable without having to sacrifice on quality. My wedding dress was stunning and below my budget. Lenore helped me find my perfect dress and was super helpful and kind. I used the seamstress that is affiliated with them for alterations and she did a phenomenal job. She even custom made sleeves for my dress with the extra fabric I ordered.

We had the best experience ever with Amy as our bridal consultant! She made our bride feel so beautiful in every dress and spent extra time with us to make sure she tried on everything she wanted to. The other staff was very sweet as well and they have a lot of bigger sample sizes which I appreciated. Highly highly recommend to any bride looking to say yes to the dress!

The customer service here is exceptional! I was a last minute bride from out of town who was frantically looking for a dress with the wedding just 10 weeks away. I walked in without an appointment and Amy, Susanna, and Alexa were more than happy to accommodate. Although I came in with an idea of what I liked, the ladies exceeded my expectations. The dresses are reasonably priced and their quality is excellent. I also went to several of the bridal shops in the area, and they couldn’t match the attention to detail and care of Ivory & Lace and its sister store, CC’s. Many thank yous!!

Kiersten, our consultant, probably hates her job. Barely talked to us or smiled for that matter. She didn’t help the bride pick any dresses, just took her to a rack and said pick some. At the end of our appointment we asked if she knew of any good spots for lunch around and told us to “google it.” In the end, we didn’t get a dress here and as we were walking out the door we were trying to wave and say thank you to Kiersten, who wouldn’t even look at us. I have never seen someone who works in customer service be so blatantly rude to their customers, not sure why she chose to work here she is obviously miserable!

Amy at Ivory and lace was amazing. I got my dress which was not available with the nude under fabric, only mocha. They were able to find me one from a trunk show and it fit perfect and was the color I needed. it also saved me hundreds of dollars. I would recommend this boutique to any bride. I had so much fun. They have a great selection, it’s a very cute boutique and they have a great seamstress onsite. They accommodated me as I was flying in from NC. the Seamstress Sara even did the last fitting at her house as it fell on the wedding week Memorial Day and the store was closed. They are very sweet and accommodating. I give them two thumbs up.

I came to Ivory and Lace on a whim and spoke with Amy the day before. We spoke a bit about my wedding and was so kind and friendly over the phone. When I came in today Amy was incredibly friendly, accommodating and made me feel beautiful in every dress she put me in. This store has a beautiful selection of dresses, and is more importantly size inclusive. I’m a midsize bride (street size 10/12) and it is a daunting task to bridal shop at a larger size. Some bridal salons only get sizes that are on the smaller size to accommodate a smaller market specifically. Thankfully, ivory and lace had TONS of beautiful dresses in a massive variety of sizes. I was completely happy with my service here.

I had such a great experience at Ivory & Lace - They have a large inventory and really made the process so easy. Kirsten was extremely patient, helpful and ultimately pulled the dress that I said yes to!

I always thought that I would fine my dress here. I called them to set my appointment and advise that I was a plus size bride. I provided my size and was told we have plus size dresses. I was so excited until I got there. I wasn’t greeted nor felt any excitement only felt judge bc I am a plus size bride. They did they have any plus size dresses and even heard them say she can’t wear anything here. I put my clothes on until this so called consultant shows me the specific dress that I called about and says this was the dress you were looking for. I say yes and if you knew what I was looking for why didn’t you just say when I called you don’t have plus size dresses. I was very specific!! I left there with tears in my throat.
Please don’t go here if you are looking for that amazing it’s all about me moment. The consultant only want a size 6 bride.

Amazing bridal shop! Lots of options. I got my dream dress and it was less than $2000. Their employees are all super nice and helpful and every time we came in for a fitting with the alterations they remembered my name and were excited. Highly recommend this store!

To everyone at Ivory & Lace, you truly made it such a memorable day. I found the dress of my dreams and under budget too!
Susana was wonderful and really listened to what I wanted. She took my words and turned it into reality by finding me my perfect dress. You were so patient with me and my family that came with me to share the day.
I cannot thank you all enough, I can’t wait until I can go and pick it up for the big day ☺️? I highly recommend this boutique and strongly suggest making an appointment to really get the attention and time you need.
