I called Island Way after getting quotes from 2 other companies. I chose one of the two companies and they never showed up to the appointment. So our research took some more and found Island Way Clean and Seal. They had great reviews, so I gave them a call. They promptly answered my call on the weekend. They were able to schedule me in just 2 days. The gentleman who performed the work was informative and had great attention to detail. After a few hours, my patio looked great! I highly recommend!

I reached out to them via an Instagram ad. They gave me an excellent quote for our community pool, came as scheduled and did an excellent job. I had others quoting not just higher but also for stripping then told me I need it every year etc. Erin had no nonsense and sifted through all I was told from others and all I needed was the clean and seal. No sales pitch on needing all the things the others told me. I save my community a lot money by going with them because of the honesty and professionalism. We are very happy with the end result and will absolutely make them our exclusive pool paver vendor for all work in the future.

My pavers looked horrendous with weed growth everywhere. Island Way Clean and Seal power washed , sanded , and sealed my pavers. The restored them back to new and they look amazing!!

The Technician was very professional and explained the process in detail. He even pointed out a few spots he had to treat because of staining. He did a wonderful job!

Excellent customer service and outstanding, conscientious folks doing the work in the field. A one-day job turned into three days, caused by bad weather. Atilla and Raydal returned to complete work several times, always with a good attitude. And the best part: their price was very reasonable.

Initial contact, scheduling and service were good. Since then, in October, I’ve tried at least 5 times to contact them via phone and email for follow up work and have not been successful in having anyone return my calls or emails. Wondering if they’re still in business?

Professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They were awesome from the office staff to the onsite employees. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The onsite employees were respectful of my home, landscaping and property. They did a great job and I will be hiring them again!

Island Way did a beuatiful job on our travertine pool deck approximately 2 years ago. Everything was efficient from coordination of the project to completion. I am getting ready to call them back this year. I would not consider any other company for the job! They are great!
