I went to this location twice and I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged until I said something. Today I went to the store and I stood in front of the counter to ask a question. The sales person with a ring in her nose walked right by me as if I wasn’t standing there and asked a white couple if she could help them. I made sure she knew I was there then walked out. Not sure about the product because know one would ever acknowledge I was there, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I will never go back there again.

I visited this store for the first time today and had the most fantastic customer service from Katherine. She was so nice, very friendly and attentive! She measured me to make sure I would get the correct size and she told me about the sales that where going on, which I took full advantage of, because they were great... When you go to International mall make sure you stop in at this store and go see Katherine, you will not regret it :-)

I visited this store for the first time today and had the most incredible customer service from Anaiah & Mallory! They were so helpful , sweet, & friendly! I definitely recommend! I visited the location in Brandon Town Centre Mall.

These garments aren't real silk, they are overpriced polyester. If you want real silk, buy items labeled mulberry silk grade 6A. Please don't support companies using deception and selling you junk.

I stopped in to be measured for my bra size, after having breast cancer & reconstructive surgery. José, one of the employees, is an angel on Earth. He was so helpful and empathic, as he himself had breast cancer in the past. I left the store with a nice haul and a happy heart. Thank you, José! ?

Fantastic experience, my fiancée and I went In just browsing and ended up walking out with a fantastic bra and we were very pleased with the customer service and knowledge with Shavonte, I would recommend this store for a high end experience.

Visited the store on Tuesday and had great help, the bras are wonderful and most are super comfortable! They woman that helped me was super friendly and helpful, but as someone else mentioned, they really are a bit pushy with trying to sell. But overall, lovely store

Absolutely fantastic customer service provided by Nicole & Erica! I didn't feel rushed at all, and each piece recommended to me was lovely. The dressing room was tidy and nicely sized. I ended up getting much more than I originally planned, yet I'm so happy with my experience and purchases! I will be back for future investments in my lingerie collection.

Well if you happen to shop at international mall in Tampa or University town Center in Sarasota there is a very unique lingerie store that you ladies must definitely check out. Let’s just say when this Italian lingerie company goes national it will definitely give Victoria secrets a run for it’s money. Oh don’t get me wrong it’s an international company. But it’s just now starting to grow in the United States. Right now you can find their boutiques in New York New Jersey Florida and my understanding is they just recently opened one in LA. Ladies were talking silk, we’re talking sexy, we’re talking phenomenal price points. Guys if you’re too bashful to go in and buy lingerie for your lady, do yourself a favor and get her a gift card. You can thank me later. All I can say is my lady absolutely loves this store. And if you’re reading this and there’s not a store in your town or near you. You can always shop online.
