“When my phone suddenly died, I went to my local Verizon store, and Amy provided outstanding service, leading to a new phone, and when I had questions, Amy was unfailingly patient. I needed help with transferring the next day, and it was the same great service. Over the two days, I had the chance to observe what must be one of the outstanding store teams in the Verizon Galaxy (pun intended) with Lorenzo and Miguel as managers and the rest of the staff exhibiting professionalism even when I was the only customer in the store for a period of time.

“Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and even had to stay after closing time because of how long it took to set up a new apple watch. She did not make us feel like a burden and kept reassuring us. She even called other locations to ask about their inventory. I was the production coordinator on many of these tours, so I worked directly with Backstage Networks to make sure that our Wi-Fi and CC TV needs were always ready to rock! I from the United States to Bangkok these guys have always delivered some serious capability.”
“We've had issues with upgrading our Verizon wireless plan and the Disney Plus bundle. After 3 months of going back and forth with customer service, I finally took the issue to this store location. Charity (store manager) and Alexis were WONDERFUL to deal with! Not only did they resolve the issue, they showed me ways to lower our monthly bill as well as activated a new Gizmo watch for our daughter. I'll never go to a different Verizon location again. Honestly it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had and I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years.”

I returned back again with an assistant manager, who was very helpful as well. They are very great and I am a fan of the Verizon as the best network.

I would recommend trying to work with her if possible. With everthing i had to do, don't forget to bring bring ur account # and then ur done as pong as u called their customer service line before going to everything that was documented in that call will be available to her or whoever you work with. The speed I currently pay for I think I might have had for 2 days in a row then the next day the average speed was slower, then good again, then bad again. It's very up and down. I pay for a certain speed and I have never gone a week where I actually had that speed everyday......this is according to my Google wifi system at home. BUT if you live out in the country this is the best option out there.”

We had no clue what we were doing, Marcia was absolutely wonderful guiding us through, making us feel confident with our purchases and switching over. There were a few customers but they had a great Rep named THOMAS! He was walking around helping people sign in, etc. The 2 other customer service reps were helping other customers so Thomas checked in my equipment real quIck and I was on my way! THANK YOU THOMAS!!”
“Set up the appointment to replace a modem that was fried in a lighting storm. Got there, checked in and I'd say within 15 mins I was at the desk exchanging for a new one. Easy in and easy out.
The store itself was set up nicely with various products on display. It was clean and neat.”
“After one week of service, I am very happy with Frontier internet. The price is much lower than the competition. Installation was easy and they threw in extras like a free modem and mesh router system. Internet speed is modesty better than the competition and there have been no outages. Also, there are no download volume limits and I expect to receive a $200 gift card soon.”
