Awful customer service. Warning: Be weary of using their authorized resellers to obtain their product.We worked with a “general contractor” (CPR BC) that is an authorized reseller of Innovation Cabinetry.When checking in on the status of our purchase made through Innovation’s authorized reseller, innovation at first let us know that the cabinets are ready and just need to be scheduled for delivery but still need payment.Yet a few weeks later and the next time I talk to Innovation, their story changed. They then let us know now what was once considered by them as an invoice, is now just a quote.It seems they are willing to work with shady resellers/contractors. That said, highly recommend to avoid this business. Please do not support a business that is willing to treat customers like this.

I would like to especially thank Marc Gartino for going above and beyond with his help and knowledge with our orders. We recently started working with Innovation cabinetry for our outdoor & indoor kitchen projects in SW Florida. The cabinetry is well constructed and orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion. I will recommend their product to all my clients.

Amazing product! Fast production! Constant communication! Perfect fit!They called to setup delivery ahead of schedule. Emailed and texted confirmation the day before. Driver called when he was in route. They provided a 1 hour window. I’m blown away!This is the best service I’ve received from any of my subcontractors/suppliers in 12 years as a custom home builder.Thank you again! You have earned my business! I will be referring Innovation to all my contractor peers.

I've been dealing with Innovation for some time now and they are my go to cabinet vendor for all projects! My sales rep Marisol in amazing! I have recently started using their assembly and delivery services as well and it was extremely professional and they were able to get the cabinets to my project quickly! Shout out to Frank the delivery guy, he was awesome!

I have been doing business with innovation cabinetry for quite sometime and I can't tell you what an amazing company they are to deal with please go in and see ricardo let me tell you how amazing ricardo is to deal with he will spend whatever time you need to help you get what you want and need he's extremely knowledgeable and can help you design anything if I could give him 10 stars I would please trust your business to innovation and ricardo you won't be disappointed

the front has no frame and the cabinets are weak, I don’t recommend them ,there are others companies much better.very weak!!

My contractor used them to order my whole kitchen cabinets and it was a terrible experience. I ordered 6 months ago! Yup, that's not a typo... 6 months ago and I still don't have them. The contractor couldn't get a hold of them and they kept saying it's on back order. Well.... I got tired of not having a kitchen and waiting and I called them myself. They are very rude and unhelpful. I finally got the supervisor to return my email after calling and emailing, and he said that the cabinets have been in for at least 6 weeks!!!! My contractor's rep called him after I kept calling them (last week) and said they're still on back order. This is crazy! I'm praying the cabinets are there when my contractor picks them up on Monday. The lesson of the day... do your homework on the companies your contractors want to use. I hope they're decent quality. Stay away!

I happened to be in the area and was told to go to the front office came in was greeted at door by a gentleman extremely nice but went downhill when I reached the top of stairs the receptionist was put out must have stated a half a dozen times appointment only. Which was odd since I was the only person there zero cars in your front parking lot and these days you should be grateful and show better customer service for who took the time after a warehouse employee told me to check your company out. The receptionist them called a female on the phone in front of me and she was less than receptive she wouldn't even come out of her office to greet me so if this is how your staff is trained during a challenging time every employee and owner needs to be more flexible and absolutely grateful anyone took the time to visit your business because you have missed the opportunity to remodel my KITCHEN a lucrative sale. Actually feel sorry you have staff members that represent your business that way its a direct reflection of Innovation Cabinetry and your business think about that when they your staff turns away potential clients when you have zero customers at your business Customers are your business. To anyone that reads this hope they think about giving their business to a company that cares about there customers.Thank you for saving me from disappointment

Poor quality cabinets. They don't return calls or emails. I have been waiting months for replacement parts to fix the defective drawers. Avoid.
