I called about an issue with my rearview mirror and they gave me and appointment the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 15 minutes. Everyone there is super nice and they care about both your time and your vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience!

We selected Impex G.A.E. based on their outstanding reviews and we certainly were not disappointed! Julio obviously has a staff comprised of highly skilled mechanical, body, and paint technicians. They also have the most up to date technical equipment to reset and recalibrate the crash avoidance sensors so prevalent on today's vehicles. You only need to look at some of the high end sports cars there for repair to know that they are highly sought after for top-flight repairs. Thanks Julio and Team:)!

I had a wonderful experience at IMPEX BODY SHOP. The process was very organized. All info I needed was texted to me by Selena. She made me feel comfortable and I absolutely knew that I and my car were receiving the best of care. I recommended IMPEX to friends and family without hesitation!. This is the best auto shop I’ve been to in Tampa. I can tell they actually care and I really enjoy the hospitality of the family . Many of us know how Tampa drivers are and how many of our cars end up in shops, only to be there for MONTHS.
I’ve taken my car to one shop and didn’t get it back until 6 months even after checking up with them. I’ve gotten my car back from here in about 2 weeks! Not saying that everyone’s damages will be back around that time but you can see the difference.
Bolivar did his THING on my car and has great attention to detail. Celina is very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful, Miss Maria is very warm and helpful as well and to Julio and Julian they definitely know what they’re doing and will explain things about your car that you may not have known before!
Really, just I was looking for the closest auto shop around, avoiding the one insurance was offering me like the first time, and I’ve found this family-owned business which is way better! Please, sometimes just do your research and read reviews, don’t just go for who the insurance ‘has a relationship’ with!
If you’re like me, a rental just isn’t as comfortable as your car, especially if you’ve been through a lot with it and you care about it!
Thank you all for everything and I will be back, hopefully next time just to make additions to my old car!!

Celina and the crew here did a really nice job all around. The check in process was quick and easy, and they were all friendly and welcoming from the get go. I had my car back in half the quoted time too and was happy to see they detailed my interior on top of the body work. If I ever need body repairs in the future I’ll happily be back, and I’ll make sure to recommend this place to friends and family.

We have taken our vehicles to IMPEX several times over the years and every time is a good experience. No one likes to have car repairs, but Julio and his team are honest, fair and professional. They don’t play games with pricing and don’t try to pad the bill with excess repairs. It’s refreshing to encounter an honest auto body shop. Amazing service and extra helpful co-ordinating rental after I was in car accident. They went over and above, even dealing with the insurance company who accepted liability for the wreck. Celina is amazing!!!
