This place was recommended to me by the dealership. I will never do business with this company again. Their prizes are ridiculous, and their customer service really sucks. I was treated with disrespect and indifference.

Bad business with no Integrity.
Dropped my jet ski seat off to be reupholstered, when I dropped it off me and Andrea discussed whether the entire seat needs to be recovered or just a partial, the seat is yellow in the front and black in the back the black was not torn or damaged. She told me they could just replace the yellow, the black did not need to be replaced. The next day she called and said the black was rotten and the entire seat needed to be done. I told her OK and if she could give me a ballpark price, she said she had to call me back on Monday after she looked at the material cost and talked to her employee who would be doing the work. She did not call me on Monday, so I called her on Thursday, and she stated the seat would be done the next week and her ballpark price was $300 to do the entire seat. Went the following week to pick the seat up and my cost was $350. I paid my invoice, and she went back to get the seat came out, handed me my seat and said here is your BRAND-NEW SEAT? It looked good until I got outside in the sun where I noticed only the yellow had been replaced. Went back in and got Andrea, we went out to look at it and she was puzzled about me telling her the whole seat was not done because that is what we talked about. She took the seat back into the shop to talk to her installer. She returned about 25 minutes later; handed me my seat and said I cleaned it up for you. Now I’m puzzled and didn’t really know what to say. I told her I wanted to pay for the work that was completed and that it should not be $350, $350 was for the whole seat being completed. She said the quote was just for the yellow if it was for the whole seat, it would have been $500+ and they were going to do the rest of the seat as a courtesy (lol) right after she explained to me how much the marine vinyl costs. We went back and forth for a couple of minutes; a price adjustment was NEVER offered. Andrea did say give her the seat back and they would complete the work, they already had it for three weeks and my family has plans this weekend with the SKI so I said no. Lesson learned, always get the quote in writing with the scope of work to be completed and never use IDEAL again. If she did quote it wrong do the right thing and stand by the work that was completed, don’t try and explain it and change your story several times. The quality of work was good seat looks great the integrity of this transaction was ridiculous. Do what you say and stand behind it!

Great overall experience! Not sure what took me so long to get my seat repaired?! Came across Ideal via Google search… super friendly, easy and quick! Andrea got back to me right away, asked for pics, gave me a quote and got me in sooner than I expected. I think Brian did the work (??) - and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you!

I was recommended this shop from SoundWaves audio shop for upholstery work and I got a leather kit installed in my Silverado by them, I could not be anymore pleased with it. It looks incredible! Andrea was of great help with communicating on pricing, time availability, and making sure it was done right. I highly recommend them for upholstery work if you need some done.

Yeahhhh they get a bad review for this mess just because of the audacity that it takes to quote such an insane price…. Do NOT go to these ppl for minor things like mounting and balancing wheels that YOU ALREADY HAVE. I bought them somewhere else and are bringing them to just be mounted and balanced… two 315/35r20 wheels that I needed mounted and balanced and they told me almost $200 for a half an hour of labor????????Absofuckinglutely not. Absolutely insane out of this world price. That is almost 3 times what anybody else charges for such a simple job. Half an hour of labor….. almost $200. HA

This place is awesome! New to the Jeep circuit, I brought my new Wrangler in to get a 3.5 inch lift kit package complete with 35’s and an underbody light kit and these guys CRUSHED it!!! When I walked in there, I met with Chris and told him what my vision was for this…and I could tell that he understood exactly what I wanted. Now I see some people complaining about prices…I’m new to the game and took his exact quote/parts list to another place to get estimates and they couldn’t beat his price. Another awesome thing about these guys is that they promised to have my Jeep done in time for my birthday weekend (even got it to them a day late due to traveling) and they delivered on that too!!! These days GREAT customer service is hard to find, as well as quality work, and I definitely received both of these from Ideal and will continue to use them for the reminder of my Jeeps ownership. I love the work you guys performed here…tons of compliments down in Miami this weekend!!!! ?????????

Amazing customer service, technicians are the best and overall, the best shop to get your vehicle customized.
I have a 2022 Jeep Gladiator and was looking to replace the OEM exhaust.
I contacted Chris and he was extremely knowledgeable in the various manufactures, that would work well with the gladiator.
I selected the Flowmaster FX cat back install.
From the initial order over the phone, to scheduling the install, to getting the exhaust installed….it was flawless and perfect.
I highly recommend Ideal Automotive!! I will be scheduling my power running boards install soon with them.

I had the seat cover repaired on my C7 Corvette seat. Color matched perfectly and as a courtesy, Andrea had the bottom cover installed for me. They delivered the seat to my home because of my work schedule. Andrea treats you with professional courtesy and you’re guaranteed to leave happy. I won’t let anyone else do interior work on my car now!

We unexpectedly purchased a vehicle that was kind of difficult to get in and out of. And the folks that I ideal mainly Joe and his staff are so Kind and we’re so pleasant to my wife that she said I must run down there and take a look at their product. Well, I already knew they sold high-quality products. I couldn’t believe my wife stopped in there for some runningboards for brand new pick up truck. We just purchased.. To have quality and clearly well-versed in the business of installation, Repair Service maintenance and they been there forever. To use talking about electronic step boards being added to a brand new truck real shocking thing it should I should’ve had to wait about two weeks Joe, the manager has somehow worked it into their schedule, knowing that virtually impossible for anybody to use my truck right now, other than me climbing in and out. All joking, aside all seriousness I’ve been purchasing products from them for years. I love going to looking at new things don’t hesitate to give them a try. Their prices have always been better than competitors. You can put your hands on the products and these people know the products you want to buy and put on your vehicle stop in and see him. You can’t miss the big yellow building. . Stay Blessed

Took my truck in for new tires paid for them and once I got my truck they had scratched it and now won’t take responsibility for it instead of fixing the issue they made it worse and mind you my vehicle is brand new. Make sure if you ever get any service done here to take a look at your vehicle before leaving this is not the first time this has happen to them as the manager said it while I was showing him what had happen. Talked to the owner and he also doesn’t want to take responsibility of what his employee did and on top of that took all day just to replace 4 tires. Becarefull people you better off going somewhere else than dealing with a business that damages your property and don’t take ownership for their mistake.

Excellent experience! Very professional, courteous and accommodating. I had a tight schedule to get to a doctor’s visit and they got it done and I was out the door on time.
