Hi, I have a friend that came to this salon to get her hair dyed. It was the worst day of her life. The stylist was super nice and well mannered, but the hair dying session just didn't go as planned. The stylist had to go back and do it multiple times and eventually it was too late. I believe there was some sort of miscommunication and maybe lack of experience with hair dying. 1/10 for hair dying, wouldn't recommend.

I love everything about Icon from the people to the environment, I always leave out of Icon feeling beautiful & amazing. Kisha is the best any ideas I have she brings them to life, the entire Icon family is wonderful I would definitely recommend them!
